"Wh-what the...?!" Stephanie exclaimed as she pulled up to her...her house! "Th-this is just crazy..." She said, slowly getting out of her car and heading up to the front door. Glancing around a little, she paused for a moment. "Key...where's the key at?" Stephanie said, searching herself for a key...and checking to see whether or not she had a purse or not.

Somewhere, a poor Paulette is killed in a text-based adventure before even the grues can get to her! Poor girl.

A shiver running down her spine, this particular Paulette however, merely nods.

"Ah--alright, if you say so..."

Pausing, she considers asking why the man would be selling them in the first place if they're so life-changing...but after a moment thinks better of it. Despite her current condition, he didn't seem malevolent...and besides, it's not like everyone would get turned into a girl--right?
Glancing down at the eggs, Paulette frowns, the action causing her now slightly-longer hair to move in unfamiliar ways They looked harmless enough at least, even if Easter wasn't for a good while yet--might as well start here, right?

Nodding to the man, she carefully picks up the box, making her way back out to the front of the store (somewhere in the back of her mind she already had come to think of this as the 'organized' part of the place).

"You just don't get it, fish. I don't have to make this deal to force you and that girlfriend of yours to be my slaves. You've seen the influence I have. If I wanted to, I could make both your lives so utterly miserable in and out of school that the two of you would be begging to serve me... Consider this bet a form of mercy on my part. Besides, don't you feel more motivated now to win, knowing what you have to lose?"

Mandy didn't want to admit it, but Esper was right. The tennis star had many friends, friends that were all too willing to do whatever she asked... Even if it meant hurting someone else.

---

But... These cretins... Very well. If you wish to avoid bloodshed, then I shall assist you. Strike freely, warrior maiden! I have made your blade unable to kill, only disable!

"What the hell just- Oh, whatever! Get him... Her... JUST GET HIM!" The knife-wielding thief bellowed at the top of his lungs as he rushed forward, his weapon held in front of him.

---

Stephanie did indeed have a purse, and a very expensive-looking one at that! Within it, she found a silver key which she assumed was for the house. There were also a variety of other items contained inside: A wallet with some photos inside, a make-up pouch, and some... Woman's hygiene products.

---

Samuel disappeared into the stacks of boxes to attend to other errands, leaving Paulette to her work. But in his place, another person came to keep her company... Julius. Now that she had a better look at him, she realized that the man was actually a bit eye-catching. The majority of his body was covered by a fashionable black jacket and a matching pair of slacks, but his face was what really got her attention. It was pale, much like her own, but there was a certain sharp, intelligent quality that made him look quite mature. His dark brown hair was swept back, keeping his seemingly glowing green eyes free to watch Paulette walk out from the back.

"Who are you? I... Do not remember seeing you before." He muttered, his voice quiet but husky. "Are you a friend of Master Winters?"

Seeing the hygiene products, Stephanie blushes a good bit. However, what catches her eye is the wallet with some photos inside. Quickly taking it out, Stephanie begins to look through them, despite still standing outside of her front door, her key in her hand, curious to see just what photos of her new self were inside there.

Rein hearing that the sword wont kill quickly gets into a more of a fight stance before stepping out of the one with the knives path and swinging the sword towards his head

Eye-catching...Julius was certainly that. Of course, he was hardly unassuming to begin with, but she hadn't really gotten a good look at the fellow before. At least not his face. But then, she wasn't usually the type of person to study someone's face all that closely...so why had it drawn her eyes now?
Frowning at the thought, the girl clears her throat. It would be simpler to explain things, but...it was just...so weird. After a moment, she speaks, her face reddening slightly, though she can't think of a good reason why.

"Er. I'm--his new assistant. Paul...ette."

In each photo Stephanie pulled out of her wallet, she was posing in a random location with a man. It wasn't just one man, though; there appeared to be a different man for every picture. Apparently, the person she was now never decided to settle with a partner... Yet.

---

Rein's sword slammed against the knife-using guy's head, but it created no cut of any sort. Instead, the thug simply fell down to the floor, dazed by the impact. Still, this was enough to cause the other thug to drop his chain and start backing up.

"A-Alright! I'm leaving! Just don't hurt me!" He whimpered as he turned away from Rein and ran out of the alley.

Aha! Victory! None can stand against the might of the Valkyrie!

---

"What? You're his new assistant? But I'm supposed to be his... Excuse me for a moment. I think him and I need to have a long chat with each other."

A dark look clouding his face, Julius stormed off into the back, leaving Paulette alone to deal with...

---

Richard, who just entered the store! In front of him, he could see a porcelain-toned lady in a pretty dress sitting behind the counter.

"Ah--right. Well..."

Paulette gives a nervous cough as Julius walks off. Had she said something wrong? Winters hadn't mentioned anything in regards to Julius. Then again, he'd failed to mention the whole 'turn into a girl' thing, so it was possible...That sa--
The girl's thoughts scramble as Richards enters the store, her eyes going wide. Surely she couldn't be expected to tend the store? She didn't know anything about...well, anything, here. She was just supposed to be setting out random items!
...But she was also the only one here. She couldn't just turn the guy aside.

"Er--Hello there!"

There is a long pause, and the girl clears her throat.

"Can I...help you?"

The door opened again, and into the shop came a figure wearing a heavy, black, cowled cloak. While such a garment probably elicited stares when its wearer was walking the street, it fit in quite well with the decor of the shop. The cloak concealed all of the figure's clothing, save for a pair of tall, heavily-laced black leather boots with a low heel. The figure stood for a moment, silent, the flipped the cowl back.

The person beneath was... less than impressive, to be perfectly honest. The shortish dark hair, dark eyeliner and shadow, and a light coating of black lipstick didn't make her (him? It was tough to tell...)look bad, it was rather a good look, really, it was just clear that he (she?) thought it looked more impressive than it did.

"Hmm... there's potential here," he (the resonance and pitch of his voice almost certainly confirming him as male) said as he slowly swept his gaze across the store. He had a hard look in his eye, until he reached Paulette; the look was instantly replaced by a warm one. He smiled at her, and gave her a little nod. "Lots of potential..." He could see she was already talking to Richard, though, and returned, for now, to taking in the shop.

Mandy blushed as Esper once more referred to her and Christine as girlfriends. "Fine then... but you leave BOTH of us alone if I beat you... and DON'T call her my girlfriend!", she said, turning around, her dress flicking up a little as she marched towards the end of the court, swinging her racket back and forth to try and loosen up. She felt terrible for involving Christine in this, but Esper was right, she had no choice. With a glum expression, she gazed at her red-haired friend apologetically, and turned to face Esper. "Ready... ".

Ah, hello there. I heard your crier outside just now and, well, I was just curious as to what all this place has.

Seeing this, Stephanie sighed a bit of a relieved sigh. The last thing that she wanted right now was to step in and meet a husband that she didn't know, or worse than that. Putting the wallet back up in her purse, Stephanie took the key and slowly opened up the door before stepping inside, taking a look around as she shuts and locks the door behind her;.
