Thanks. *Richard takes the egg and inspects it carefully.*

The egg is very slightly warm to the touch, and striped up and down like someone had tightly wrapped a rainbow around it. By the looks of it, the thing seems to ave been well-preserved--there are no noticeable cracks or breaks of any kind.

Paulette gives the man an expectant look.

"...Will that be all?"

[Ookalf]

I guess, unless you have something else really neat to show me... *Richard pokes the egg.*

[Victorious]

If the egg has any response to being poked, it is certainly not apparent to Richard. Paulette gives a small shrug.

"Well..I could probably find you something else I guess...but maybe you should go and find a warm place for the egg...somewhere? You never know what might hatch out of it, right?"

[Ookalf]

Yeah, maybe... I'll come back if I need anything. *Richard leaves the store, egg in tow.*

One down...and one to go!

Leaving the store...well, hopefully Richard is other walking home, or has a good place to keep the egg. It does not appear all that fragile--at least as far as eggs go--but wouldn't do to have it rolling all over the dashboard, right? Maybe a cup holder or something will do, though.
Of course, what he does with the egg is his own business. Is he truly going to try and find a place to have it hatch?

Despite the broken glasses and bleeding nose, Mandy felt suprisingly upbeat. She couldn't see well enough to know Christine blushed at her compliment, but she smiled as the conversation turned to talk of hair. "You don't have to do that for me, Chrissie, it's pretty any way you do it. I know sometimes people tease you about your hair being red, but they're just jealous. It's such an amazing colour!". She kept hold of the other girl's hand, squinting to try and focus. "You want t come over for dinner tonight? I might need your help getting home anyway if the nurse doesn't have spare glasses....".

[Stray-chan]

The man in the black cloak takes a few minutes to thoroughly investigate the contents of the case. "Everything in it seems rather ordinary at first blush, but you know how some talismans like to hide their nature." He checks to see exactly what forms of make-up are in the case. "Even if it is something as simple as an endless supply, that could be useful. Hmm..." He considers his findings.

((I'm envisioning the case as one of those box things that hold every type of makeup you can imagine. Are we on the same page?))

[Mystic Mina]

"If you didn't change back?... Well, I'd be devastated, of course, but I would still love you... But you WILL change back, won't you?"

After Stephanie's body was finished applying the make-up, the results were... Stunning. Absolutely stunning. Before, she was merely beautiful, but now, even a simple wink from her could cause men and women to fall madly in love with her on the spot.

She finally regained back control of herself, and just in time too! She could hear her doorbell ring from downstairs.

"Even better! We can do a sleepover! It'll be so much fun! I can bring some movies, we can do each others hair... It'll be great!"

Looking in the mirror, Stephanie stood there, her mouth agape. "Wow..." That's just about the only word she's able to utter upon looking at her appearance, before suddenly hearing the doorbell ring. Pausing for a moment and finding that she now has control of herself again, Stephanie very slowly headed downstairs on her high heels, not sure just how well she can walk with them, regardless of how her body did on its own, before heading over to the door and pausing for a moment, before opening it.

Hmm... *Richard sticks the egg in his pocket as he walks home. Luckily, his apartment isn't that far away.*

For the moment, Mandy had even forgotten she was meant to be in her mid-twenties and living with her boyfriend. "And maybe I can ask my Mom to order pizza", she smiled. All her adult life, she'd tried to forget her teen years, but now she realised how much she'd actually enjoyed them back then, despite being labelled a dork by the more popular kids. "I don't think it's broken... ", she said, gingerly poking at her nose.

Though Stephanie lost her mastery over high heels when she regained control of her body, she was still able to walk down the stairs and open the door without twisting an ankle. Beyond the opened door, she saw a sharply dressed, brown haired man who she guessed was Drew her new... Ick... Boyfriend. He gave her a bright, but somewhat forced, smile and practically shoved a bouquet of flowers in her face.

"Heh, these are for you. You like tulips, right? I'm a bit allergic to them, but I can bear it if you like them!"

"Oh yeah, that too! We'll need to get extra pepperoni on them and mushrooms and olives and... Whew! I'm getting ahead of myself here!" Christine stopped Mandy, since they were now right in front of the nurse's office. "It doesn't look like it's broken, but if it is, I'm sure the nurse can fix it. I'll wait out here. I think you can see far enough to know where to go in there."

[Harri-chan]

Mandy resisted the urge to give her friend a hug, as she knew there was blood all over her dress, but instead she leaned forward and kissed Christine on the cheek. "Thanks, Christine, you're the best friend ever", she said, and then nervously shuffled into the nurse's office. "Hello?", she called. "Coach sent me here... a ball hit me in the nose... ".

Inside the nurse's office, Mandy saw the school's resident nurse, Ms. Vale... Or rather, she saw a figure of a woman that she thought was Ms. Vale. It was all just a big, jumbled blur to her, really.

"Hello, how can I- Oh! What happened to your nose? It's bleeding all over your nice dress!" Mandy sees the blur rush up to her and dap her wounded nose with bunches of cotton. "Did you fall on your nose, honey?"
