The scroll seller was fairly friendly displaying wears from basic fireball spells to far more advanced and expensive fireball X spells. Henry would notice that the vast majority were red to him, with just meant that they were outside of his stats to learn or outside his class requirements.

"Hmm a bard, I guess that would work" Melvin said pondering to himself as he looked Gerome "If you want to join up, your welcome too but we still need a few more members to make a balanced party." With that he returned to his periodic global shout "LFM lvl 50+ no noobs!" Melvin himself entered the tower heading towards the material vendor.

(I do know I'm being lax with the villains, mainly because I rather get the heroes set first to interact with the villains rather then have me playing both sides. So i'll get around to the villains in a bit but for now just wait it out.)

Henry managed to purchase only the basic fire spell, heal spell, and magic arrow spell. The rest either saying he needed a higher int stat or saying that they were class restricted. The seller looked at him curiously before asking why he was buying traditional magics after all ninja's had there own form of magic 'jutsu's' or whatever they were called.
At Henry's inquiry a 'help' scroll popped up like in most MMO's it explained how the magic system worked, being similar to most MMO based universes it had the standard HP - health points, MP - magic points , WP - will points as well as cooldowns of various sorts. You needed to level up to increase status or get enchanted gear that does so. As for classes, advanced classes could be selected at the pre-reqistute levels, while class changes that would require going to the holy shrine and re-rolling.

The mage guild didn't have that information, fortunately there was a separate help scroll for that (honestly I'm not going to get into details about advanced classes, if you want to class change or if you think your character has the prereq's to class change then note what he wants to change to and I'll see if it's reasonable. ex - ninja can advance to jounin ninja but not something inane like a super saiyajin.

Henry noded, so far satisfied with this information. He pocketed the scrolls and went out, looking for information on quests that he can take.

The generic quests are numerous beyond count, though no one seemed to care enough to get into them as Bob's invasion took priority as such it's was mainly people forming groups to take out the various key generals or other war related actions like destorying the supply lines, saving the refugees, taking out strongholds, etc...

Closing this RP as it just never really took off.
I'll probably try to refine the details of the universe/rules if I decide to try it again.
