((Seems like I somehow forgot about this. Bah. >.<))

Stephanie looked in, seeing how busy the place was, and just mentally shook her head at it all, before Drew suddenly linked his arm with hers. Pausing, Stephanie blushed a little bit at that, before slowly nodding to him. "Sure." She said, still blushing a bit.

Chrissie was nibbling at the food along with Mandy, but tears were flowing down her cheeks as she did so. The red-haired girl vowed to be a vegetarian ever since she entered high school, so devouring the ugly, tasteless globs of what was most likely meat absolutely devastated her. Despite all of this, however, she still maintained the same brave face she had when she walked into the cafeteria... She wasn't about to let Esper win in breaking her will!

"Just... Just fine." Chrissie replied, fighting the urge to throw up with each word she uttered. "I really doubt they'll stop beating us up... But it's something to hope for, isn't it?"

---

The Azure Harbor was fashioned after the seaside taverns of old as Stephanie observed when she and Drew walked in. Wooden planks made up the floor, the walls... Just about everything, really, and on these many planks hung various marine memorabilia such as ships in bottles, boat steering wheels, and stuffed aquatic life of all kinds. One would think that, with all these design choices, the place would look more like a clustered dumpy bar than a high-class restaurant, but it doesn't. If anything, the addition of all the wood and decorations gave patrons the feeling of being at a cozy home more than anything else. Of course, your mileage may vary on that department... But what was this narrator talking about? The date is the focus here!

Stephanie and Drew were almost immediately greeted led to their seats when they arrived; this was planned by Drew's father, no doubt about it. The table they were given was window-side, offering an amazing view of the moonlit coast. With the candles and the bottle of iced wine already set on the table, things were set to be incredibly romantic... At least, that's what Drew hoped for.

---

To be a woman is no easy task, but you will have the guidance of the Valkyrie with you if that fate ever befalls you! You shall... Oh my, we appear to have company.

Due to Rein's stargazing, she wasn't quite looking at where she was going. She was in a dark alley again, and she could see some familiar folks lurking within, along with several other unrecognizable figures.

"Look who decided to pop in? It's the freak from before. Well, we're back, and we've brought our friends with us... What do ya' say? Wanna play?" The former knife-wielding thug, now toting a rusty, jagged machete jeered as the gang surrounded Rein, cutting off her escape route.

The sight of tears rolling down Christine's cheeks tugged on the strings of Mandy's heart as she ate, and cringed at the horror on her best friend's face as she swallowed the meat. Nodding her head to the girl, she then crawled back slightly, and looked up at Esper from beside the teenager's feet. "Esper... I have a proposition for you. Chrissie is a vegetarian... I want you to stop making her eat meat... so what would it take for that to happen?". As far as she was concerned, she'd got Chrissie into this, and it was her responsibility to look out for her friend, even if it meant things getting worse for herself.

Looking at the table, Stephanie immediately blushes a good bit and slowly and silently sits down at her seat, glancing out toward the view for a moment, before looking back at Drew. "This is pretty amazing..." She says, a blush still on her face, as she looks back over to Drew.

O-oh my... *Richard blushes at the sudden rush of new sensations, particular the... loss, below. Then, hearing the noise outside, he (she?) opens the door and looks out.*

Throwing the door open, the first thing to catch Richard's eye probably, would be the rainbow shards of the egg, which seem to have scattered all over the room--they still seem to be glowing quite brightly from the heat...so much so in fact that he--no, rather, she may notice that they seem to be melting slowly into the carpet. Were this a normal day, it might occur to the new woman that the landlord would probably pretty pissed about that if she couldn't clean it out of there...but there are bigger fish to fry, as it were. Or, more accurately--lizards. Looking to the center of the scattered color, she'll see what seems at first to be a fairly large lizard on the ground, staring up to her with bright eyes. Only at first though--as the creature stares to her, coughing a small spark out of its throat, she will realize, against all logic, that it isn't a large lizard...no, it is a small dragon.

H-holy crap... *Richard takes a small step toward the dragon.* Did you come from that egg?

((... What the heck, I'll give it a shot. Go ahead and join in.))

The tears that streamed down from Chrissie's face only served to further entertain Esper, who was enjoying every single second of the suffering she was putting her "pets" through.

"Oh, does it pain you to see your friend here force that meat down her throat? Good. Just sit there and watch, dog, because you're going to have to get used to it. This is the lunch you two will be eating for the entire school year... And really, do you think you're in any position to make requests towards ME, your master?"

Far off in the distance many tables away, Brian Hayes watched Mandy with a slight frown on his face. From the disturbed look in his eyes, one could tell that he was obviously troubled by what was going on. Despite this, he simply sat there and observed, doing nothing to stop Esper's rampant bullying.

---

"Th-Thanks! I mean, I tried to make everything here as perfect as I could, and it worked! I got everything I wanted! I have the great food, the best view, and the most beautiful girl I've ever seen right here with me." Drew sighed with delight as he slowly sank down into his seat, a look of contentment plastered all over his face. "There's just one thing missing. It's, uh, kind of silly for me to say this, especially since we're here and all, but I think you and I are close enough. Do you want to hear it?"

---

FINALLY, KILLING TIME! Er, um, I mean... It shall be done, brave soul! To vanquish these troublesome foes, I shall bestow upon you the greatest of weapons! Behold, the mighty dual FN P90 personal defense weapons, equipped with armor piercing rounds, laser sights, and unlimited ammo! Who says that the gods of the past are irrelevant!?

With a flash of divine light, Rein found herself armed with two incredibly powerful sub-machine guns! They were certainly an upgrade from her nonlethal sword from before.

A deep frown spread across Mandy's face as Esper refused to even consider her request. She shook her head, looking back down and started to crawl back to Chrissie's side when she saw Brian looked at them from across the room. Her cheeks went an even brighter red, but for a moment, all she could do was stare... and then lifted a hand, covered by the paw of her suit, and waved at her future/former boyfriend. "I'll figure something out, Chrissie", she whispered, returning to her friend's side.

Rein shocked at what she says and the sudden appearance of the submachine guns she can only think "err this seems like overkill but ok!" she says before opening fire on the thugs not knowing a slight grin was on her face as she fires at them

Ivan Monroe is a prankster of pranksters...some see his jokes as a little mean and others a little lame, but he really doesn't care. It's all hilarious to him. So of course, when he hears some guy talking about magic he's got to try it out. If what the man says is true, all kinds of new tricks would be available, and nobody'd ever get bored with them! It's riding on this train of thought that he enters the magic shop and immediately goes to look at the shop's inventory. To him, there isn't much to lose; he always has money set aside to buy new pranks, and if they aren't really magical it'll still be great to tell people they are..
((Awesome, thank you very much.))

Having been gazing out at the view for a moment, Stephanie pauses as she hears Drew's words, looking back to him in complete confusion, with a slight bit of worry under it all. Close enough? Stephanie thinks to herself, before pausing once again. "Um...sure." Of course that wasn't probably what Drew wanted to hear, but Stephanie had a look on her face of complete and total confusion, not knowing exactly what Drew had planned.

Brian, surrounded by his entire water polo team, couldn't bring himself to wave at Mandy and embarrass himself in front of all his friends, so he turned his gaze away and started to chow down on his lunch once more.

"Who were you waving at, mutt?... Oh, it doesn't matter. I've gotten enough amusement out of you two. You're free to go." Esper waved the girls off as if they were bothersome flies, the grin on her face now a tired frown. Her appetite for malice, it seemed, was finally whetted. "But don't you dare change out of those outfits. I'll have people watching you two, and I'll know if you disobey... And you won't like what happens to people who disobey me."

---

Overkill was right. Within mere seconds, the gang that seemed so threatening before was reduced to a pile of not so threatening bodies. How... Anti-climatic.

On second thought, perhaps the guns were a bit too OH, nevermind, you have slain them all already. You truly are a warrior of legendary caliber! The voice in Rein's head rejoiced in their triumph, singing an odd foreign tune that Rein most likely never heard before... But it did sound nice.

---

Seeing as how Paulette was preoccupied with another customer, Samuel Winters took it upon himself to take care of the latest newcomer. This would have to be the last one, however.

"Welcome, sir. The hour is late, but I will be happy to serve you. Would you like to continue browsing, or is there a special something that you are looking for?"

---

"Alright, this is going to sound really stupid, but... Oh, I'll just say it! Do you want to go with me to Japan?" Drew loudly blurted out, causing a few people to turn their heads for a moment to see what the commotion was. "You know how I really, really love Japan and everything Japanese, right? I want you to be a part of that too! I mean, I think I've spent enough time with you to know you're like me too! We both might as well be Japanese!"
