Reaching out, Elliot grasped the handle of the item, and then turned it over, inspecting it. "It's that easy? Wow... well... I guess I could take a look around and see what you've got. There's probably so much here I couldn't even imagine... but how much do I owe you for this?".

Since this is your first time here and I can sense you've had some problems in the past I would say only about 500 hl this time around. It's also cheaper since you just wanted it to use the color energies to transform rather than something more, shall we say, helpful in negotiations?

Pulling his back pack from his shoulder, he set it on the counter and rummaged around before pulling out a bunch of notes that he'd been paid for his work at Your Arsenal, and set them down infront of Raleigh. "Does this cover it?", he asked, looking hopeful when his wristwatch suddenly started to beep.

*Takes only enough from the notes to pay him and then nods.* Yes, this will be enough.

Hm... perhaps I should put up a sign that lets people know I'll accept other kinds of currency? Ebs, what are the most likely ones to encounter here?

Ebony: Well likely to be crystallized demon essence, hel, possibly heavens given the amount of angels around here, and even possibly something similar of divine essence come to think of it. You could also let them know they can pay in raw unspent magic taken from their mana pools.

Raleigh: O..... good point. I hadn't ever remembered to mention that one have I? Putting up the sign then. Heh, I'm sure that last one will get me some business.... hopefully without some humorous misinterpretation of that statement.

Elliot left the change on the counter for a moment, and started to fumble with the beeping watch. "Just a second... ". He turned off the alarm and set his back pack on the counter, reaching inside it when he turned to see Mischa coming in, and his eyes widened in suprise. "Woah... what are you?", he asked, momentarily distracted.

True enough but that just means I'll have a much nicer bed to sleep on afterwords. Besides, I can restock inside a day I think.... or well you guys will think it has only been a day anyway.
