Sam smiles and nods. "Yep, that sure is good~."

Callista: *groans a bit before propping her head on the table with one hand* I hate this time of year, Sam... I always get the worst headaches.

[Marky]

Sam blinks and frowns. "Is it because of all of the shopping deals and such~?"

[AmbushCat]

Callista: Well, there's that and the fact that I can't enjoy them. All the festivities in December annoy me like nobody's business.

[Marky]

Sam blinks a little at Callista. "Why's that, nya~?"

[AmbushCat]

Callista: The crowds. The ear worms. "Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock..." "Deck the halls with..." "Up on the housetops, click, click, click..." Click, click, click, click, click! *growls irritably* The noise!

[Marky]

"Oh...yeah. I try to kinda drown that out by not really listening to that music." Sam says, frowning a little. "Maybe take some headphones with you blaring other music~?"

[AmbushCat]

Callista: I've tried that once or twice, back around... '07, '08 or so. People thought I'd stolen something (either the headphones or the music player) and asked me to leave them at the desk.

Sam blinkblinks a little. "Wow, that sucks..."

Callista: *winces* To put it one way, yes. At first I limited my visits to gas stations and quick marts if I needed some groceries, but finally I just decided to keep myself locked up in December. It hurts, but I haven't died because of it yet.

Ellen: ...To say nothing of everything else you keep dying to.

Callista: *half-lidded stare* ...

Sam blinkblinks a little and looks between Callista and Ellen. "So, um...anyways..."

Callista: *realizing who she's talking to* Um, yes. We'll skip that part. Um... just happy that it's January now and not December. Eh-heh. Yes. *scratches the back of her head nervously*

Sam smiles and nods. "Yeah, I'm kinda glad, too..." Pausing for a moment, Sam looks back over to the arcade. "I like your arcade a lot, by the way, nya~."

Callista: Thanks. A lot of its retro, but hey; I like retro. Only six years of my life were spent in the 80s, so I missed out on a lot.

Sam blinks and frowns. "Wow, that sucks...I only spent about one in the 80s, but that's cause I wasn't born till 1989. I really do like those games, though~."
