Sam pauses once more and frowns. "Um...well, do you have any questions, Miccah?" She asks, glancing over to Miccah.

Fimbulvetr nods and points to the elevator.

"Level 63 if you're curious."

Ryu nods and quickly makes her way to the elevator. Once inside, she pushes the button for Level 63

Fimbulvetr grins and grabs Victor by the scruff of the neck.

"Not so fast. I have another job for you."

Her pupil twists, changing into an advanced blink rune as she teleports Victor and herself to the entrance foyer!

Victor gwahs in disorientation...as she blinked, but not by her own will!

"I--I'm not doing any jobs for you! I thought I made that clear!"

[Blaze]

"Oh re-AHHHH~" yelled Maya as she was pushed into the portal and was rolling into it.

She emerges in a bedroom! It's pitch black, but her robotic eyes adjust instantly. She can hear the sounds of someone snoring lightly.

Sam pauses once more and frowns. "Um...well, do you have any questions, Miccah?" She asks, glancing over to Miccah.

"if there are no questions, i will take your decisions on whether you will take the internship or not." the gynoid says.

Ryu nods and quickly makes her way to the elevator. Once inside, she pushes the button for Level 63

Level 63 is one room. It's a shiny chrome with several machines being built by robots. Not androids, but proper robots.

One of them approaches her.

"GREETINGS HERALD. YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A UPGRADE?"

Victor gwahs in disorientation...as she blinked, but not by her own will!

"I--I'm not doing any jobs for you! I thought I made that clear!"

"Awwwwww, but this is easier. All you have to do is fight a robot that works for a company with less pure intentions then mine."

Inside Victor's head, all the info Niflheim has on Black Isle, (not much, like everyone else,) flashes.

"You must be at least a little bit curious as to what that body and those weapons can do."

Level 63 is one room. It's a shiny chrome with several machines being built by robots. Not androids, but proper robots.

One of them approaches her.

"GREETINGS HERALD. YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A UPGRADE?"

"I'm mostly just curious about what being upgraded would do." She answered, after looking on in amazement around her.

She emerges in a bedroom! It's pitch black, but her robotic eyes adjust instantly. She can hear the sounds of someone snoring lightly.

Maya slowly gets up and looks around. She could see it was dark but her eyes were adjusting to it. She blinked a little and said, "Wh-wh-where am I?"

Miccah looks ponderous after the film has ended... Stroking her chin in a thoughtful manner that looks completely out of place with her young-form. Blinking suddenly as she realizes the question is directed at her, she hums- "I don't believe that there isn't a darker side to what you people are doing... I don't think you've shown us the whole story... Surely there would've been worlds that suffered an opposite fate compared to... these." She gestures at the blank screen, shaking her head.

"I'm sorry, but my though processes are top secret."

The gynoid smiles for a moment.

"Well, miss Fimbulvetr first tried to conquer this land by force, but [DATA EXPUNGED] made her reconsider. Now she wishes to conquer it through less violent means."

The silver-haired woman nods. "That is not particularly surprising." She tilts her head slightly at the mention of the censored circumstances that made Fimbulvetr decide to reconsider her conquest. "Interesting..." she murmurs, making a note to herself to investigate that in the future.

"However, since for the time being you seem interested in using less violent means than straight conquest to exert your control here, I suppose we can live with that. In terms of our earlier discussion about arranging a possible information exchange, what manner of information would you be interested in? You seem fairly advanced in terms of technology, particularly with robotics and cybernetics, so I am not entirely certain how much we would have to offer in those regards."

[Azathoth]

The android nods. "Very well. I'll wait outside. Nice meeting you." He pauses, there is a faint *click* as outgoing audio feed to Black Isles from him goes to static. "And personally, I wish we had more cute robots like you around Black Isles. The Boss is rather single minded when it comes to the designs of our chassis."

He winks, there is another faint *click* as he turns and walks out, talking to someone else. "Sorry about that... momentary interference. Must be something in the structure."

[Blaze]

"I'm mostly just curious about what being upgraded would do." She answered, after looking on in amazement around her.

"WE HAVE SOFTWARE UPGRADES WHICH WILL IMPROVE YOUR INTERNAL PROCESSES, HARDWARE UPGRADES THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND MODIFICATIONS THAT WILL GIVE YOU NEW CAPABILITIES." the robot says

Victor clenches her teeth. She wasn't even much of a fighter, though military experience counted for something, of course. She wasn't in a hurry to be acting as the woman's goon though, by any means.

Two more robots approach, one carrying rocket boots and the other carrying an arm cannon.

"Ahh~" yelled Maya as she saw the text before her eyes and looked nervous. She spun around and noticed the computer. She looked around and walked towards the computer.

"Wh-wh-wh- that be mean if I look at their computer. Also I don't know how to use one not really." said Maya as she touch the computer.
