Grahm's muscles begin to feel tense and a little frim.

"One and two and three and four...." said Misa as she lifts her weight.

"Come on....Five and six....say it with me....nine and ten and one." said Misa as she kept on lifting her weight. "This one feel too light....and four."

Grahm's muscles feel tense with each lift and his body would feel smaller.

"What you mean?" said Misa as she was switching to what looks like 120. "I just somebody who works out regularly and exercise a lot. I am sure you can be just like me one day if you keep up your hard work."

If Grahm was still lifting his weight then it would seem lighter and his body felt as if there was less fat on it.

"And is that a problem? How do you know how much I weight anyways," giggled Misa as she kept on lifting. "Switch arms now!"

Misa then began to lift the weight with her left arm.

"Oh. Well I am heavier then you think. Well maybe not really," giggled Misa as she lifted the weight. "Still change arms."

Grahm would feel as if his muscles on his other arm were feeling tense and much more firm.

"Do it," said Misa happy but also felt there was an edge to it. "It is to help you last longer. Now...One and two and three...."
