"Don't worry. I am sure that it is due to you working out," said Misa as she grabbed hold of Grahm's feet. "Still if you want a break then I don't mind."

"Just letting you know incase you want another one later Grammy," said Misa as she held on the Grahm's feet. "Now start doing those sit ups."

"One....Two....Three..." said Misa as she smiled and watched as Grahm did his sit ups.

Grahm would feel as if his stomach was shifting abit but nothing to worry about. He may not notice that he was losing fat on his stomach and was slowly becoming flat.

Grahm's stomach seems to be caving in and feels smaller.

"Now time to move on to another thing," said Misa as she gets up and lets go of Grahm's feet. "Stand up straight and do as I do Grammy."

Misa put her feet apart and with her left hand she reach over her head and then put it down then repeated the task with her right. She then did it over again.

"Give it a try. Come on! You seem to be able to do a lot of things that you thought you were able to do!" cheered Misa as she keeps on going. "Do it!"

Each time Grahm does it, his waist seem to be getting thinner and thinner. He was becoming a tiny bit shorter but not by much.
