*there seems to be single solitary entrance, with a pair of massive doors that are closed, infront of it are various native "warding" effects apparently meant to keep what ever it is inside"

Marco eventually gets to the massive doors and just laughs. He shakes his head and said, "The natives here will believe anything. Tell them that my phone is magic and they eat it up."

Marco then begins to look for ways to open the door but was tempted to just blow it up.

[Knight Errant]

Dashwood comes up behind Marco. "... hmm. Competition. Well neither of us are doing much out here... what say we both give one of those doors a tug? We can make our separate ways once inside... see who comes away with the gold."

"Sounds like a challenge," said Marco as he was interrupted from his train of thought. He nods and then said, "Sounds good to me. These do seem to be heavy doors and as much as I like to get the natives mad by blowing the doors open. I don't think I can afford to do that right now."

"Right." He lashes whatever passes for a handle on one of the doors to a rope and hands it to Marco. "On three, we both pull. Ready? One... Two... Three!" He yanks!

[Ookalf]

*Hawk finally makes his way to the temple entrance. He pants lightly as he speaks.* Hey... Are you guys... after this place... too?

"Right," said Marco as he took the rope from the man and on the count of three he began to pull on the rope to open the door.

"Nah. We just like to get some exercise ourselves by pulling rope," said Marco to the other person that had came.

[Kether]

*the doors.. almost slide open when the people attempt to pull it and disturb all the warding against such things, inside is a base chamber that immediately that breaks off into 5 directions*

Dashwood looks ahead, nodding with a smile. "Perfect. Do yourselves a favor and dont follow me. Outside its neutral territory... inside I'll have to treat you as competitors!" He dashes ahead! Taking the passage directly straight ahead, or one directly ahead to the right, depending on the layout of said chamber.

[Ookalf]

Right... *Figuring Dashwood would probably take anything of any interest down his path anyway, Hawk takes one of the other halls.*

* Cody finally arrives just as Dashwood heads in..."Yeah, ol trash boy there couldn't find a honest treasure without making a few widows and orphans cry. " heads to the far right tunnel as he lights a pitch and tar torch

[Blindsense]

Kane wordlessly stalks into the temple after the initial group has cleared out. He takes the corridor to the far right, not particularly caring whether anyone had already been down that one or not. He grips his blade tightly in his hand, ready for any apparent dangers.

[Kether]

Dashwood would soon find the hall brightly lit as the tunnel transitions into an elaborate green house made of some unknown crystal while not a botanist by trade he could easily tell these plants were not native to the surrounding area, the fact that one reached out and grabbed a passing rat then consumed it.. kind of gave it away*

Richard Hawk's passage would lead upward, and upward, a series of stairs.. until it almost looked like he was outside.. but not quite there were odd floating platforms on the air

Cody would find hmself coming to a chamber filled with loud clanking gears with the occasional metal blade jutting out infront.

While Kane who had intially seemed to take the same direction as Cody..ended up in a odd dark chamber with patches of silver light*

Richard Hawk's passage would lead upward, and upward, a series of stairs.. until it almost looked like he was outside.. but not quite there were odd floating platforms on the air.

Interesting... *Hawk pulls out his camera to take pictures of the platforms... then realizes that it doesn't seem to work.* Stupid, broken... *With a sigh, Hawk resolves to come back with a not broken camera later and continues to look around.*

Dashwood frowns... while no doubt said botanist might find valuable specimens here he was looking for something more... impressive. And immediately valuable.

As such, he carefully continues down the hall/greenhouse... keeping clear of the plants should they decide to like the taste of Daring as well as rat.
