Og-ra lifts Elliot up, and tugs her in between one of his massive arms and shoulder -- cradling her gently in place. He smiles down at her, "...comfortable? If I squeeze too tight, don't mind to say something young lady." He then glances down at the cat girl, "...yes. But there are also might be little girls who might have been made to think they were once men. And there are, and this is the majority, little girls who are really little girls." The man makes sure he has eye contact, "...children are protected by the law for a reason. Many might not be able to tell there is a difference between you and others... ...but if the difference can't be seen... then how can those that are truly vulnerable be protected?"
Before he lives the lobby, he glances at the man who just came in "...I'll be back in a moment. If not I'll make sure to sound someone for you, good sir." With that he takes the two children in the back. The building isn't that complicated. A central corridor with a half dozen doors leading off to the sides, and a flight of stairs at the end of the hall leading both up and down.
The lobby, where the lone man now sits by his lonesome, isn't designed for guests. This is not a doctors office or even a store, thus isn't primarily designed for customers and clients to come in. Nonetheless there are various comfy seats around, a television on one wall, and various reading material -- the latest newspaper edition, various magazines, and a phone book.
