Getting Sneak Up

[Nikki]

"So she kind of rejected me." Marlie explains

[Maiden Miki]

"She did? How come?" said Marlie's dad as he looked puzzled. "Did you scare her?"

[Nikki]

"I dont know what to do." Marlie admits "I don't really want to see her after last night."

[Maiden Miki]

"Well she is new to this isn't she? She has never really been in anything like this before," said Marlie as he bite into his eggs. After chewing and swallowing he adds, "Thought if anything I advise not to avoid her."

[Nikki]

"I don't think I can do that daddy." Marlie responds as she eats some breakfast. L

[Maiden Miki]

"How come? You two been friends for years," said Marlie's dad as he nods.

[Nikki]

"I really don't wanna talk about it daddy." Marlie replies.

[Maiden Miki]

"I just suggesting is all. If your mom was awake I sure she suggest the same thing," said Marlie's dad as he nods. "It be very sad to see your friendship with Allison end like this."

[Nikki]

"My heart hurts too much to see her now." Marlie remarks. "So we're going to that fashion show today aren't we?"

[Maiden Miki]

"If you are still up for it. Except who else is going to come?" asked Marlie's dad as he looked at Marlie.

Allison woke up and saw that it was still morning.

[Nikki]

"I think I wanna go alone." Marlie replies. "I could meet someone there"

Allison remembers she has a job interview today.

[Maiden Miki]

"Okay...." said Marlie's dad. "It just that I thought you been wanting to go with Allison for the longest while. Still okay."

"I guess I could go after the interview but..." said Allison as she was worried about her sketch book.

[Nikki]

"Well things don't always go the way you plan." Marlie says as she goes to take a shower. When she returns to her room, she sees Allison's book but decides to leave it. She knew Allison might want it back but she wants to keep it because it's all that she has left of her. She does not want to open it though.

Allison really does need to get a job, especially if she needs to start buying her own clothes.

[Maiden Miki]

"Okay...." said Marlie's dad as he gets up to get ready himself.

Allison frowns as she gets ready for the interview. She was going have to see Marlie later. Allison takes a bath herself.

[Nikki]

Marlie walks downstairs wearing a designer blue dress.
