"Anyway, what you currently are is a Pokemorph, similar to a normal Pokemon but humanoid and capable of speech. You have all the powers of the Pokemon you're based off of. In this case, Ho-oh is capable of resurrecting the dead, as well as being a phoenix. This means that you're capable of regenerating from damage, and if you die, you'll just be reborn."
