Azhdahā Tattoos and Piercings

[Ebony]

A new tattoo and piercing parlor has appeared in town located somewhere near the other magical shops but fairly close to Black Pearl Harbor. If one were to step inside they would find the following woman standing behind the counter ready to perform her job. A sign inside and out proclaims that all items they offer are enchanted and will have various effects upon those who get one.

[Feng]

Gustav the amateur Blue Mage enters the tattoo parlor.

"Ooh! Tattoos! This could be fun!"

[Ebony]

The woman from behind the counter perks up and begins speaking when Gustav enters. "Indeed it is. Welcome to a DrakeCorp subsidiary, Azhdahā Tattoos and Piercings. My name is Kusari. We can provide you with most any kind of body art you desire here and most of them are enchanted. Everything from naval piercings to eye brows and tattoos going from custom to special dragon marks or the like. What can we do for you today? Any particular look you want or enchantment you wish to gain?"

[Feng]

"Hmm...." says Gustav. "I'm in an adventurous mood right now. How about you surprise me with something 'exotic?'"

[Ebony]

Hm.. exotic ehh? Take off your shirt and lay down on the chair in the corner please. I'll make you something a bit unusual I think. You'll gain greater insight into the abilities of monsters once it is done.

[Feng]

"Sounds good" says Gustav as he removes his jacket and shirt, folding them neatly before lying down on the chair.

[Ebony]

Kusari took out what looked like a dragon's tooth from a kit under her counter and walked over to the seat holding Gustav. She pulled up a little trolley that seemed to contain various sanitizing agents, dyes, and other items of the trade. She opened a shelf on it and took out a red container and a black one. "Alright, first I'm going to use a minor spell to numb the area I will be working with so you won't feel too much pain. After that I am going to use this dragon's tooth to weave a dye made of fae blood, eldritch crystals, and a few pigments into your flesh. Are you ready for me to start?"

[Feng]

"Ready when you are miss" says Gustav, bracing himself.

[Ebony]

"Alright." Kusari then mutters a simple word and a tingle will run over Gustav's back before passing. She then dips the tooth into the red dye jar and then sets to work. After a time she switches out to the black one to finish up. After around twenty minutes give or take five she finishes it up. She puts away the dyes and disposes of the tooth into a receptacle. "Alright I think I have it ready for you. Would you like me to angle the mirrors so you can see?"

[Feng]

"Wow, that was faster than I expected" said Gustav. "Anyways, yet that would be nice. I am anxious to see your work!"

[Ebony]

"Well I'm also a student of the old dragon as it were. Speed training is essential and can be applied to so much more than just combat." Kusari says while moving a mirror or two into the right position. On Gustav's back is what looks like a woman in animal hides, to the two tone coloration of black and red, winking. The hides seem to be from creatures ranging from a salamander to the inevitable wolf including a few of what looks like goblin skulls hanging from her belt. The open eye seems to have a draconian design to it though that almost seems alive with the sparkle of knowledge. Along portions of the animal hides are a few symbols that mostly mean observation, insight, timing, and defense. "This should help you in the future I do believe. In case you are wondering the depiction is of a kind of beast tamer/monster master of a set of lost worlds. They gain the powers of monsters through not only learning what an enemy does by observation but by also consuming a portion of them or wearing parts of monsters. I recall they supposedly at some point can control their monster enemies to make them perform abilities they don't already know or that could be beneficial to themselves. So what do you think?"

[Feng]

"Wow," says Gustav examining the tattoo on his back. "I absolutely love it. Not only is your artistry evident in the masterful design but the story behind its depiction is inspirational! I feel I could take on a thousand behemoths with this beauty watching over me! "

[Ebony]

"But of course. You might also find you have a new skill now to use as well. Drain. It'll let you take a bit of health from an enemy into yourself and in some cases you might learn a skill from them through this method. Now, is there anything else you would like to have done?"

[Feng]

"Hmmm... Your beautiful craftsmanship has piqued my curiosity. What other services do you offer? I heard you did piercings as well."

[Ebony]

"Along with scarification, henna, branding, and other such things if you prefer those. Why at this shop we can even fuse some gems to you if you desire it rather than having a piercing. You want a tongue piercing for instance that can speed up your spell recitation speed or the like we can provide it. Want a gem bound into your hand that grants you fire spells we can do that here as well. Wish to bear the brand of one of the dragon gods to show your loyalty to it and its concept while gaining a boon directly from it that is also an option. We can also provide something like a scar over your eye that not only makes you look like a more experienced warrior but grants you even greater eyesight or some special trait that too is possible."
