Thanks Zats. Let Miku know I thank her as well. Before anything else happens though I should introduce you three here to Zynia. She is ... I suppose you could say my personal physician. Ah there we go I can already feel it easing off a bit. I'm going to vacate my body now so it might return to its real form. Thankfully what I will be possessing will allow me to at least stabilize enough to prevent too much more magical contamination. Don't want my house to be in pain.

Zynia: "He is suffering from quite an extreme form of magical plague. Since his kind can't get sick by any mundane means this is somewhat distressing. On the bright side once he makes it to the other side he will be immune to this should it happen again. I'm always impressed by the inidrassil immunization systems. Logos, do you know where the mushrooms and some of the herbs are grown on the lawns here? I will need you to guide me to what I'm looking for. I've never been to this particular house."

[Blaze]

Logos looks at Zynia and nods.

"Certainly. Follow me."

She leeds the woman out to the gardens.

[KonokoHasano]

"Magical plague... eesh, don't like the sound of that, man." Marco muttered, shaking his head and staying a few feet back.

[Hunters]

The first answers Delphi. "We remove his corruptive influence from this place and bring him to task on the crimes he has committed in ours."

"That thing is responsible for a good deal of the wild escalation of non-mage people suddenly creating new schools of magic over night. I am sure you can comprehend the havoc uninitiated new mages could cause particularly with undocumented magics.", answers the second.

"He is also to answer for destroying the first two magi councils and stirring up opposition to the current one. Supposedly he killed the entire council in person during the first one so there are many that want his blood. Still, we will be generous and he will face trial for his crimes. Then executed.", chuckles the first.

[KonokoHasano]

"Sounds kind of like bullshit to me." Konoko said as she appeared near the hunters. "While I have no doubt that Raleigh is capable of beating your heads in, I'm afraid that I can't allow for you guys to attempt that." She waves a hand. "So shoo, go back to your own dimension or place or whatever."

[Miku-chan]

*Delphi frowns at their intended actions. Once Konoko arrives, he has his mind set and answer to their reply..." While order and logic have their place, I see no reason to allow you to act on your intentions. It was one of your own that said thru the chaos of change comes rebirth and growth. It would seem to me, you wish to remain under evolved and stagnant by these actions you seek to take. Small minded power mongers with no regard for the betterment of all. I was forged from the nebula by my creator in the chaos fields of space. My maker gave me sentience and told me to guide and protect his creations, and thru them their chosen families. That individual down there is family to more than a few of my own. And if you think your 'Magics' hold sway over a being such as myself, then you will find yourselves lacking." Delphi says as a pair of sub dementional pulsar towers materialize behind them, the echings on the silvery metal show a combination of new magic, holy script and dark wardings.  

Meanwhile inside, Zatsune gets a transmission from Del...'Hey sunshine, things are getting interesting outside, might want to juice up that mysticism you use and prime for protected assets status'
"Hey pops, we might want to ward this place against intruders of the council kind, looks like someone is gonna try to take advantage of your current situation." Zatsune says

[Raleigh]

Oh it's not that big a deal really Marco. I've had worse I think or will. It all blurs together and is hard to sift through in this situation. I'm going to slump over in a moment so don't panic. *The body does indeed slump over but they can hear Raleigh continue to converse with them but it seems the voice is coming from the sword next to his body now.* There we go. I can at least operate better even if I can't really do as much from in here. As for those half-arsed magic flingers across the way I'm not so worried. The entire body of magicians in their world wouldn't be able to stand up to the average day to day chaos in this one much less break through the barriers around the house. They only know of me thanks to very limited scrying abilities and my occasional bouts of giving into ego.

Comically their likely claim of me killing their first council is true though only if you look at it from the wrong angle. I was there for a peaceful discussion of why what they were doing was wrong. When I arrived the entire council lay into me with their most powerful spells and kept amping up until they were using life-sacrificing spells. Naturally I was the only one to walk out alive.

Still, the greater threat will be Raven's bounty hunters and my fallen apprentice. They know nothing of holding back and are probably only not already here because they think it unsporting.

*Zynia is meanwhile traveling with Logos to where the requested items are to begin making some sort of medicine for her employer.* Zynia: "So, how long have you been working with the master? You seem new to me."

[Blaze]

"Hmm... I believe it's been about six months since I became his butler." Logos says, standing by.

[KonokoHasano]

"Guess it's one of those things about being some long-lived, powerful being or something, huh?" He asked thinking about it. When Raleigh switched to the sword, he blinked. "Whoa, that's awesome!"

[Raleigh]

I suppose you've never seen me use a variation of soul possession have you? Its an old trick I use to avoid being killed by my own sword a lot.

Zynia: She nods her head. "Then I suppose we might meet again. I'm the alchemist/apothecary/acupuncturist for the master. I usually oversee even the surgeries of his mortal selves to make sure nothing goes wrong. Ah, here we go. I think I have most of what I need. Could you direct me to the kitchen or failing that any sort of lab that might be in the building? I need to prepare this."

[Hunters]

"Or what will you do if we don't, miss?", says the first speaking to Konoko.

2:"What the hell? Tech?"

1: "Not possible, how did you?"
******Other side of town******
Ebony grumbles while removing her claws from the latest threat she knew of. "Valkyries? I know there was conflicts in the past but why are they after the boss here? They don't even hold proper claim." She flicks the now petrified Valkyrie over and leaves the building to tend to other hot spots.

[Miku-chan]

* Miku glasses the last of the hawk sized knomes south of Muffinville while trying to pin down the location of the controller..."Who would try to get to Sensei this way? I thought that this conflict was resolved a long time ago." she continues to track the last of the imps and gnomes near the old elder ash tree..."Well
There is the portal generator at least" she quickly casts a barrier over he tree and it glows momentarily before returning to normal...

Delphi smiles a enigmatic smile at the pair..."Interesting what a blend of 'Magic and techcan create." the pulsar arrays glow with power .

*Inside, Zatsune continues to monitor Raleigh as she keeps an eye on his sword and listens..."True pops, but I think Delphi has plans to resolve their threat anyway"

[KonokoHasano]

"Ah, well, never really interacted with you or saw you do things much." Marco said, scratching his head. "So I wouldn't know... Raleigh, right?"


Konoko smiled. "That'd be revealing, wouldn't it?" she gave a shrug. "I'm not about to tell you what all I can do."

[Blaze]

Logos nods.

"Very well. Right this way."

She leads Zynia to the kitchen, clearing up a bench for her.

[Ebony]

1: "Well err.... it seems we were ill informed. Perhaps we should try another time?"
2: "Or we could escape now and strike back." The second one attempts to fire a fairly weak time spell toward one of the towers hoping to age it to ruin.
*****Elsewhere*****
Elenore looks at the still screaming man in power armor. "Really, its just an arm. I did worse to your comrades. Carrying out a hunt for the boss here was unwise. I do believe we've told you repeatedly the boss isn't of the Warp." She sighs as the man just keeps screaming so she crushes his skull, helmet and all. and tosses the corpse away for collection. "Well at least that is more genetic samples if nothing else."
