Looking for Sir Dact!

[Feng]

The door stubbornly refuses to budge to the psychopath.

On the floor, to the left of a pile of unconscious chibi ninja, Dact might notice a black key card...

Dact hmms, taking the key card. He looks around to see if the door locks around here are key swipes!

Meanwhile, the clone pounds his hand against the door... sending a huge wave of electricity through it to hopefully either fry the locks or anyone behind it!

The maids watch as the two cats, Eebon and her evil twin 'Nobee' bicker with one another.

"Two cats?" says one, clearly confused. "How will we tell which one is which?" -_-

"KITTY" another maid suddenly rushes forward and grabs Nobee!

"Oh dear," says a third. "You mustn't do that Hiromi. They get mad when you hug them like that..."

*Yes, indeed. Nobee reaches up and gives the maid that's holding her a sharp nose tweak!*

Nobee: Let go of me. You're holding live merchandise here. Gaw!

[Feng]

Dact may notice there is a card scanner on the door his twin is currently trying to smash. Said door, by the way, refuses to budge. Hopefully the electricity won't jam the device!


The maid recoils!

"Meanie!" she shouts, giving Nobee the stink eye.

[AmbushCat]

Nobee: Ooh, the maid is looking at me all evilly and stuff. *sneers* What are you going to do? Smack me with a mop? Gaw.

Eebon: *hides behind one of the other maids* This isn't going to bode well. It could be boding better. Gaw!

[Knight Errant]

Dact walks up to his clone, who's electricity peters out as Dact stops it. "Hey, crazy..."

The clone turns around and glares. "WHAT?!"

Dact waves the security card in his face, then swipes it on the door. "Are we learning yet?"

[Feng]

The door opens revealing a spacious study. The walls are lined with bookcases, wine racks, and shelves holding various Chibi artifacts. A small shrine is placed atop a mahogany desk at the back of the room. However there appears to be no sign of the criminal mastermind.


The maid responds by spraying Nobee with a water bottle. "Bad! Bad kitty! Bad form!"

*Eebon sniggers. Nobee... doesn't.*

Nobee: HERE'S a bad form for you!

*The evil twin jumps away and slashes at the air, creating... streamers of black slime, each of which fly at the maid!*

[Knight Errant]

Dact looks around. "Huh... nice place." As his clone storms in... scowling. "The coward fled..." He glowers, as he begins searching the room for a computer or perhaps a file cabinet. He wants the secrets of this man for himself! That or his head on a platter.

[Feng]

The clone finds various documents detailing Chibi lore, schematics of various statuettes and pottery, and maps of the city atop of the desk. In a nearby desk he may find one of Bone's replacement flintlocks as well. Still, he doesn't find a laptop, or sign of Lord Bones for that matter.

There is something odd about that shrine though...

While the clone searches the office up and down, eventually finding the flintlock, and grinning at the discovery, Dact wanders over to the Shrine... looking it over closely. "Hmmm..."

[Feng]

((I realize I forgot about Ambush. Sorry about that comrade ))

There appears to be a secret compartment near the top of the shrine. Dact can tell due to the small hinges.


The maid screams as the slimy black tendrils make contact. "Eeeeeek!" >.<

*The black goop ensnares the maid in a thick and syrupy quagmire, making it very difficult to move. Nobee pumps a fist*

*With a cry, Eebon tackles her evil double. The two of them roll around the room, hissing, growling, and spitting as they try to circumvent the other's attacks. On multiple occasions they come close to bumping into the other maids, although for the most part Eebon succeeds in keeping away from them.*

[Knight Errant]

"Hrmmm..." Repeats Dact! Lifting the compartment!

Meanwhile, his clone checks the revolver to see if its loaded!

[Feng]

The maids scramble for cover (except for the entrapped maid of course) letting the two siblings duke it out.

The weapon is loaded!

The compartment opens, revealing a red switch...
