A Ninja and his Minion

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo, the ever so lazy cyborg-ninja, taps his foot impatiently in the middle of the Muffingakure training fields. Green grass is all that one can see within the large circular plane where ninja's may practice even the most destructive ninjutsu without fear of destroying their village or the neighboring Muffinville. Of course there was that one time where there was a hole in the shield... but... eh... we won't go into that.*
Blaze should be here any moment...

[Blaze]

Blaze soon flies down from the sky, landing before Mendo!

"o, finally getting around to your duties huh?"

[Mendi-chan]

*Sighs*
I've heard the speech a thousand times Blaze... which is why I'm teaching you something rather neat today.
*He holds up a closed scroll in his hand*
Can you tell me what this is?

[Blaze]

Blaze smiles and looks at the scroll.

"It's a scroll right? Ninjas use them to store techniques."

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo smiles*
Not just techniques...
*He turns... and opens the scroll...
Hundreds upon hundreds of kunai shoot out at lighting fast speed, tearing the west end of the field to shreds... the tools of death riddled across the ground make it look like a battlefield.*
But items... Think of it as... er... a portal that you can store.

Now... I want you to shot me.

[Blaze]

Blaze gapes as the kunai launch out and impale a tree. What looks like a bit of droll can be seen from the corner of her mouth.

"Uh... sure..."

Absent mindedly, she takes out a semi-automatic handgun and fires at Mendo.

[Mendi-chan]

*Holds the scroll in front of him just as the bullet is about to hit him, closing the scroll as it penetrates... and fails to go through the other side*
Ok...So... Do you see what happened there? Do you understand just how useful this could be, especially for you?

[Blaze]

Blaze shakes her head a bit and thinks.

"This is that sealing jutsu right? You store stuff in the scroll and shoot it out."

[Mendi-chan]

*The ninja grins*
Exactly. Now you're getting it.

*He hands the scroll over*
Go ahead and open that while pointing it at that target down range.
*He gestures to a straw representation of a person. How menacing!*

[Blaze]

Blaze takes the scroll gently and opens it, pointing it at the target!

"Does it need chakra?"

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo shakes his head*
No, the ninjutsu part of this comes with preparing the scrolls... which I'll go through with you shortly.
*As Blaze opens the scroll the bullet flies out, only able to be seen due to her unnatural proficiency with firearms... and she may notice it's going faster, and strikes the target with larger force than a normal bullet would have.*
You can also alter items in the scrolls, increasing their velocity, infusing them with chakra, and generally making them more effective weapons.
*The dummy target... has a gaping hole in its chest, smoke trailing towards the sky*

[Blaze]

Blaze's jaw drops... and then she starts giggling manically.

"Heheheh... If I could combine this with the rail gun... ahahahahahahah~"

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo smiles*
I've gone to the trouble of setting up 12 basic sealing scrolls for you... I do warn you, don't put any 'living' things in this. These aren't the same as summoning scrolls and it probably wouldn't work out well.

I'll also go ahead and show you how to make these things too. That way you won't be dependent on me to make them.

[Blaze]

Blaze nods and rolls the scroll back up.

"Thanks Boss." ^^

*Mendo smiles*
Before we go though... I do have to test your core ninja skills. You been practicing chakra control and the like?
