Looking for Blaze

[Feng]

Somewhere beneath a dimly lit streetlight a certain Criminal Mastermind lies waiting....

[Blaze]

And Blaze lands on top of the streetlight, sitting on it and crossing her legs to preserve her modesty!

"Bones."

[Feng]

Bones glances up at his rival.

"Investigator. You've shown up. I trust you received my message?"

[Blaze]

"No, I was out for a stroll, thought I would say hi." Blaze says sarcastically.

"What is it?"

[Feng]

".... I guess not. Looks like I need to find a better delivery Chibi" >_<

He reaches into his cloak and grabs a letter which he tosses to Blaze.

[Blaze]

Blaze catches it! After examining it's thickness to make sure there's no traps, she opens it! Not by opening the flap though, instead the takes a letter opener and slits it open. One can never be too careful.

Extracting the letter, she reads it.

[Feng]

::Dear Investigator Blaze,

I reluctantly write this message as I am dealing with a certain
paranormal problem outside my control. Having very options to
choose from, I require the use of someone possessing your
skill-set and level of expertise. If you choose to assist me in
this endeavor, please meet me at the coordinates listed. Know this,
your cooperation will be well rewarded...

Lord Bones::

[Blaze]

"Ah. I see..."

Blaze looks down at Bones

"WHat's the job?"

[Feng]

".... Have you ever heard of a Chibi entity known as Burning Pepper? Perhaps you've seen her from time to time on Cooking with Burnt Toast..."

[Blaze]

"Uhh... ah, that show Lucy watches! Yeah, I know of her."

Blaze uncrosses her legs and recrosses them the other way.

"What about her?"

[Feng]

"Lately Pepper (as she's known by her fans) has begun to act.... strangely. Erratically...."

[Blaze]

Blaze raises an eyebrow.

"In what way?"

[Feng]

"WEEEELL...." says Bones, taking a sip of tea. "I'll tell you but you better get comfortable."


"It all began months ago..."

[Blaze]

Blaze drops down from the lamppost! A skinny bit of metal isn't all that comfortable.

"GO ahead."

[Feng]

"Pepper had always been an introvert, especially since her 'mishap' a year of so ago. Indeed, one might say that event is the spark for all this madness....

Bones pours himself a cup of tea from a flask. He turns to Blaze.
