"Pick a job for her." Roman yelled from his office. "If I wanted to micromanage job placement, i wouldn't have enslaved a secretary."

The boy follows after Rhonda, his eyes wandering to stare at her butt and the hemline of her skirt as he walked behind her. When he finally took a seat at the desk, he had to shift around a little to get comfy. When asked to introduce himself, he opened his mouth, but before he could speak, he was cut off by Roman yelling.

"Uh... her? Does he mean me?".

"Yes, boss !" Rhonda shouted back in her sing song voice, unable to prevent some very seductive undertone from sneaking in there.

"Yeah, he is refering to you, but don't worry, I'll make sure to have that issue fixed." Rhonda said while looking up to the applicant, her red framed glasses flashing in the office light like an evil anime villain.

"Speaking of the job, we do have one where very little training is required and you're at no risk of being scolded for a mistake or a lack of know-how. You're interested ?"

Loosening his red tie slightly, the boy nodded, going somewhat pale as Rhonda spoke to him in that seductive tone. "That sounds... perfect. I've been trying to get a job for a while, but it seems like everyone wants past experience... it's really tough to get a start, you know?", he said with a slight smile. "So what's the job?".

"Don't worry moaned Rhonda as she pushed her red glasses down her noose, looking at the young boy in the eyes. I want someone with very little experience, someone completly inexperienced for what I have in mind." She said, standing, then leaning on the desk toward the young man. "Actually, you're not even going to need that tie" she added in a voice now husky as a while one hand remained professionnaly on the desk the other suddenly grabbed the red piece of tissue that was around the interviewed man and undid the knot. She kept the tie but gave back a folder, it read : "Bring Your Daughter to the Work Week"

As soon as he touched it, the young man's hands were seized by sparkles that rushed from the folder into his flesh and under his sleeves through his arms, creating a warm and fuzzy feeling deep down.

The young man's mouth fell open as the woman leaned over the desk towards him, his wide eyes sucked right towards her cleavage as she worked open the knot on his tie, and removed it from around his neck. He took the folder form her, his hands grasping it firmly, but he didn't even glance at the worrying words written across the front, as he was too busy staring at Rhonda's breasts, "I was told it would help my chances by dressing smart and making a good first impression... ", he said, swallowing a deep breath.

Still leaning dangerously, Rhonda considered kissing the boy on the lips. Despite him being a bit young to her taste, he still was quite a good looking boy, and soon he wouldn't be one anymore. But she decided against it : after all she was Roman's property... "urgh ! Roman's employee !" she corrected herself out loud, angry that she couldn't help from thinking of herself this way.

"You're making a good impression so far, a very good impression" she told the new intern as his frame shrunk, while the magic was seeping from the folder and into the core of his being, rewriting his gender and age. To him, it appeared that Rhonda was towering further above him as the spell reduced his size and complexion, softening his curves into a delicate and teenage appearance. She smiled as she saw his hair color change to a golden shade while a bow and hairclips were appearing.

Rhonda sighed as her desire faded with the boy essence of the individual she was interviewing. "But you should try this scarf instead." she said saddened as she tied a yellow piece of fabric to what was once a young man : now in the seat was just a teenage girl.

"So, you didn't tell me your name." asked Rhonda, certain that the enchanted girl's tongue would correct her if she tried to say a male name.

The boy smiled as she confirmed he was making a good impression, but concern slowly spread over his face as he felt the tingling, and realised he was shrinking infront of her. He shivered as the smart grey suit began reforming into a skirt and tights, while his shoes shifted so they had little heels. He looked down at the folder in suprise as the changes continued, but his eyes suddenly went blurry.

"H-Hey... ", came the young, girly voice as Rhonda leaned over again to tie the yellow piece of fabric around her neck. "I'm Melanie", she replied, looking suprised at what came out of her lips. "Wh-Why is everything all blurry looking?", asked the shocked teenager.

Rhonda looked down at the teenager and pushed a pair of glasses onto her now blue eyes. "It seems lots of people in this office end up with glasses. Maybe it's a way for the boss to showcase his good employee heath plan. Or it could be just random, you never know with him. Anyway, welcome aboard Melanie, you are now one of our employees, as you may have noticed, we make sure the persons we hire always fit the job. Also if you're thinking about complaining, please take into account that I could have assigned you to this other job that fits your amount of experience too." she said pointing to a folder.

It read : "Canine safety officer (Guard Dog)"

"So, I hope you and the company will have a productive cooperation."

Melanie blushed brightly as Rhonda slipped the glasses on her and everything cleared up. She stared down at herself, the skinny, female body, dressed in the smart, but clearly feminine clothes. Her slender hands tugged at the skirt, before she leaned forward to peer at her little heels, and then looked back to Rhonda and gulped down a deep breath.

A hand reached up, feeling over the large white bow on her head as she glanced at the alternative job offer, "I... I won't be complaining, Miss.. ".

"Good, for now you can start easy, prepare a strong cappucino and go to serve it to Mr Roman's office. You can introduce yourself at the same time. He already had hot coco, but I'm sure he will like to be surprise by another hot beverage. Once you're done, come back to my desk, There is some taks I want to delegate to you."

The young girl listened carefully, terrified of making a mistake. One hand clutched the hem of her skirt, the other adjusted her new glasses as she nodded her head, "I got it, Miss", she said, before hurrying off. It took a little exploring to find the break room, and once there she started to panic over her coffee making skills. On top of all this, her new body and clothing was still rather... distracting.

Eventually, she appeared in Roman's office, clutching a cappuccino in a wide, deep white mug, her cheeks rather red, "Mr. Roman... I brought you a coffee... ", she said meekly.

As this happened, another figured walked in. This one was a young woman in business attire. She looked around a little nervously before approaching Rhonda.

"I was told a career center was here." She clarified.

The blonde teenager seemed to relax after Roman's pleasant greeting. Walking up to the desk, she carefully set the cappacino down infront of him. "Which file? Oh... Rhonda gave me one. I think it was called.... bring your daughter to work week...", she explained with an embarassed expression. "Shall I bring it to you, Mr. Roman?".
