[Knight Errant]

Dact arrives on the scene! Looking upwards. "Err... I feel I missed something important while stuck underground."

[Raleigh]

Nothing too spectacular. One enemy riles her to the point she goes berserk to save her friends and herself and another has a good enough sense of timing to make sure she will assume I'm a threat. Spell Break. *Reaches up and actually crushes the whirlwind in his hand.* Oh well... *He seems to fade out into a black silhouette that then disappears. He reappears to Lucy's left and places a hand on her shoulder.* Drain Demon. *A spell surges up his hand designed to drain demonic energies into himself.*

[Zoey]

Dact as he climbs would start to see the more easily to see figure of Lucy and Raleigh... battling!

"W-We can't just stand here and do nothing! Ugh! But... we cant stand up to that type of strength either... " says Mima walking around in circles. Its easy to see she's very worried and inpatient.

Lucy would know Raleigh is trying to drain her demon energy, but to do so hes now in perfect range for a melee attack. She doesn't even feel annoyed by the drain. Even though Raleigh is INDEED draining energy Raleigh feeling that for some reason this energy felt different from most types of demon energy he might have encountered. This energy felt more hot and... heavy.

[Blaze]

Okuni holds up the fusion bracelet.

"With this we might be able to. But we need to recover more before we can even try."

Lucy feels Raleigh sapping her energy, but isn't too fussed. She tries to backfist him with all her strength!

[Raleigh]

*His head tilts from the blow a few inches however his grin doesn't leave his face.* Ouch. That hurt. *He continues to drain her.* The question now is should I hit you back? I wouldn't want to hurt you after all.

[Knight Errant]

Dact looks up at the battle... "Err... should I intervene? Um... on who's side. OI! LUCY! ARE YOU ALLRIGHT?!"

[Raleigh]

Of course he would assume I'm the bad guy. Yo Dact, I'm trying to keep her from going berserk by keeping her attention on me. I figure its the least I can do to keep everyone else in the party safe since I'm virtually indestructible even when compared to your immortal state.

[Blaze]

Lucy doesn't let up! Twisting her body around, she holds her hands flat and repeatedly stabs him in the torso!

[Raleigh]

*Removes his hand from her shoulder while taking the blows with a chuckle.* Ouch. *The wounds seal almost as soon as she retracts her hand before another wound is created by the next blow.* I seem to recall at one point training you in some small thing. Let us see if you are up to snuff as a former student of mine, neh? *He lashes out with a backhand toward the side of her head. The blow only has enough power to probably break a support pillar of a high rise but likely not enough to do more than be a love tap for a demon.*

[Knight Errant]

"Ooookay.... so she is using you as a punching bag. WHY is she all crazy?"

[Raleigh]

I think the others could tell you exactly why better than I can however I believe it was the whole being pressed into a corner while her friends were in danger kind of thing.

[Zoey]

The battle rages on between Lucy and Raleigh, but Lucy doesn't feel or look tired or low on power. If anything Raleighs efforts have only slowed the stead increase of her ever raising demonic energy.

Dact would feel near the battle the air is heavy and kinda hard to breathe in, due to the large demonic aura covering the whole place.

Mima stares at the bracelet curiously. "Woah... So... whats that do?" she asks really confused but cute like ^///^U rubbing her neck. The girls are feeling better, but their energy doesn't seem to recover quickly its growing slowly due to their efforts but something is interfering...

[Knight Errant]

Dact sighs. "Well I guess there is only one thing to do..." His hand crackles with electricity. "Hammer of Raijin!" He says, as a large bolt of lightning emerges from the sky, hitting Lucy.

[Blaze]

"These bracelets allow us to combine, creating a new, more stronger form. Hopefully one that can calm Lucy down." Blaze explains

As for Lucy, she draws her fist back once more, but Raleigh mentioning that he taught her once sparks something in her memory. With a flash, her fist is alive with demon fire and she uppercuts Raleigh with all her strength! As she does, she conjures more flame, feeding it with her wind powers, more and more! Upon striking Raleigh, she creates a spiralling vortex of wind around him, one that goes up. The flames she conjured spread into the wind, creating a pillar of hellfire that pierces the clouds with Raleigh inside!

Then she gets struck by lightning. Damn knights and their lightning runes

[Raleigh]

*Takes the blow to his chin and is carried away in the winds that are set aflame with hellfire.* Nicely done. *Black flames spread out around himself overtaking the hellfire and trying to snuff it out. When everything clears it is apparent his chin took a bit of damage from the direct blow but again, as expected, the wounds are healing over.*
