Anthem City: Fall of the Possum

[Harri-chan]

Georgia peered at the DVD, and the nodded her head, "I'm sure if you have it, it must be good", she said with a smile. "I've not watched a movie for ages", she continued, entwining her arm around Suzie's, "Is it one of your favourites?".

[Blaze]

"Damn right it's one of my favourites. I bet you'll love it." Suzie says with a grin as she leads Georgia back to the living room

[Harri-chan]

Georgia blushed a little as she was led back into the living room in her not so mature but oh so comfortable new pyjamas, "Thanks for the pyjamas, Auntie Amanda", she said as she climbed onto the couch and pulled one of the warm cushions against herself.

[Blaze]

Amanda is now wearing her own pyjamas, a midnight blue silk nightie. She smiles and sits next to Georgia as Suzie pops the DVD into the player.

[Harri-chan]

Georgia leaned into her friend, resting her head on the woman's shoulder. Part of her was still comparing herself to Amanda, causing her to blush a little as she watched Suzie set up the movie. A yawn slipped from her lips, and she patted the spot beside her, "What a day... huh?".

[Blaze]

Suzie sits next to Georgia and pushes 'Play' on the remote.

"I'll say..."

The movie starts! The protagonist is a woman in the Army who's father is a general. Her fellow soldiers feel that she's only there because of her father and her father would rather she get married and settle down. Her troop is going to partake in a series of war games and she decides to settle everything once and for all. She challenges her troop and her father; if she can go through the war games without getting hit by simulated rounds once, her troop will lay off her and her fater will leave her alone. If she gets hit even once, she'll leave the military.

[Harri-chan]

Georgia looked quite content, cuddled up between Amanda and Suzie as the movie began, although the longer it went on, the more tired she became. She was yawning, rubbing her eyes, and even seemed to nod off a couple of times, leaning into the other two. "Seems kinda harsh rules... ", she murmured, in regards to the challenge.

[Blaze]

"She's prideful and confident. Apparently there was a scene where we see she has the best results on all the obstacle courses and the highest accuracy on the rifle range." Suzie explains.

So her troop heads to the forest where the war games are being held. Her troop is paired with another troop, with the goal being to capture the enemy's base. The enemy general, a smug old man on the verge of retirement is pressuring the protagonist's father to throw the games so he can retire on a high note. The protagonist is partnered with the rebel in the other troop, a smug guy who was forced to join the military by his senator father.

[Harri-chan]

Despite her tiredness, Georgia was full attentive to the movie. It was like nothing she'd seen for many, many years, and watching in a group like this was something she could barely remember. So engrossed was she, that she apparently didn't realise that her head had again ended up practically resting on a pair of breasts, but this time it wasn't Amanda's, but Suzie's, as she gradually slouched down from a sitting position into more of a snuggling one.

[Blaze]

Suzie smiles and puts an arm around Georgia as the plot progresses. The ringleader of the protagonist's troop leads his cronies to ambush the protagonist to shoot her and thus make her leave. They nearly succeed, but the rebel manages to take them down using dirty tactics. Upon overhearing two enemy soldiers discussing how the wargames are rigged in their favour, the two decide to work together to win the games by shooting the enemy general.

[Harri-chan]

Unfortunately for Georgia, the long day was catching up with her. Snuggled warmly against Suzie, she started to rest her eyes after now and then, and before the end of the film, she actually fell asleep!

[Blaze]

And so Georgia dreams. She may find her dreams are more vivid than usual and tend to involve people much taller than her dressing her up and telling her how cute she is. Several times, she spots the Hellchemist in the background grinning, but before she can give chase, the giants pull her into a hug.

When she does finally wake up, she's tucked into her bunk bed and the sun is filtering in through the curtains.

[Harri-chan]

Georgia awoke with a gasp, bolting upright in the bed. She looked around in a panic, before pushing back the covers to look down at her pink pajamas. Her cheeks were red from the dreams, and she rubbed at her eyes to try and wake herself from what had, despite the dreams, being a very comfortable night's sleep.

Leaning over the edge of her bunk, her auburn hair flopped down as she peered below, "Suzie?".

[Blaze]

Suzie's bed is unoccupied, but the sheets are crumpled. Georgia can hear noises coming from the living room!

[Harri-chan]

Wriggling over the edge of the bed, she scampers down the ladder, onto the floor. Grabbing a hair tie, she fixes herself a simple ponytail, and heads out of the bedroom, wandering into the living room, still in her pajamas, covering her mouth as she yawned.
