Atop the skyscraper, a woman with long silver hair and dressed in a CTC officer's uniform appears! Turning, she studies Smash Daisaku for a moment.

"Ahh... the legendary Smash Daisaku," she says, offering him a respectful bow. "So the Empire is returning to Muffinville? Most interesting..."

[Smash Daisaku]

"Your gaps in relevant knowledge will soon be filled, popcorn woman! Soon all will know of the Empire!" Says Smash with a grin.

He then turns to the silver haired woman, studying her. "Do I know you?"

[Carmilla]

"Would it be a crime if I broke his gun?" Carmi asked her deputy buddy.

He then turns to the silver haired woman, studying her. "Do I know you?"

"I don't believe so," the woman says, "As our organization wasn't nearly as prominent during your last period in Muffinville. Thus, permit me to introduce myself. I am Special Adjutant Abel, of the CTC."

[Dracos]

*Dracos shakes his head, frowning*

Na, the laws around here are way too lax. Pretty much just murder, theft, and military invasions are illegal. Vandalism is fine.

*Dracos appears behind Kether, shaking his head as he places a hand on his shoulder*

It would hardly be amusing if he just fell down in a bloody heap. Why, Himitsu would never let himself fall to such a boring attack!

Smash fires, sending a pillar of flame to scorch Kether's face. He then snaps his gun in its holster and poses!

"I am the great Smash Daisaku! Herald of the Empire's return!"

As a self-appointed deputy, it is my duty to uphold the laws of the land. Kind of odd that assault isn't illegal so I can't actually do anything to stop them, though...

"Good." Carmilla proceeds to raise her hand (yeah, the crystal-bearing hand) and aims... the hand... toward the gun. After a brief moment, a burst of energy fires from her hand toward the gun. In the aftermath, the crystal in her hand is glowing slightly.

Well, obviously if you have a license it's not murder, it's just population control.

That's how it always worked with deer hunting. I don't see why it would be any different with humans.
