Werewolf Attack!

It happens to be the night of a full moon, and there happens to be a vicious man-eating werewolf on the prowl in one of the usually-quieter suburbs of Muffinville. After a couple of hours of attack reports, word has gotten out to most people to barricade their doors and windows, and not let anyone in the house till morning, no matter how much the would-be guest scratches or charges into the door. Still, the creature continues to find and kill innocent civilians taking innocent walks in the middle of the night! Surely this must be dealt with. This is a job for...

Well, somebody anyway.

[Ookalf]

*Ookalf rides through the streets on his motorcycle, keeping an eye out for any sign of this "werewolf".*

This creature is amazingly easy to track, its movements clearly reckless and lacking in even the basic cautions that an ordinary animal might take. Ookalf should have no trouble finding some barely-recognizable-as-human remains and a thick trail of blood pointing squarely toward the perpetrator's progressively more recent locations.

[Ookalf]

This is horrible... *Ookalf shakes his head and turns to follow the trail.*

After a little while of following the trail, Ookalf finds its origin. It is indeed a big humanoid-wolf-like creature, with rough, dirty dark fur. It's on all fours, seemingly tracking something but making too much noise to be stalking. Between the random snarls, whines, and barks, anyone who properly understood wolf language still probably wouldn't understand much more than an intense, starving hunger and some rage likely produced by the stomach pains. It hasn't noticed him yet.

[Ookalf]

There it is... *Ookalf brings his bike to a halt and, drawing his sword, approaches the beast on foot.*

The werewolf doesn't seem to notice him yet; if he's quiet enough he might be able to get in a strike before it does.

[Ookalf]

Ha...! *Ookalf raises his weapon and slashes at the werewolf.*

Ookalf's yell alerts the werewolf to his presence, but a little too late to dodge the attack. The werewolf gets a nasty cut across its back, but wrenches itself free of the blade and turns around, blindly clawing and snapping its sharp teeth at him in a rage. The werewolf is not especially fast, but is extremely strong, capable of overpowering a pretty strong human.

[Ookalf]

Henshin! *Ookalf takes a small leap back, the wolf lightly scratching him as his Rider suit forms.* Tough kind of guy, aren't you...? Well, come get me!

[Raleigh]

Oh my, such a mess. *Walks up to some of the bloody remains of the werewolf's victims.* Greetings. How would you like to live again? Care to make a deal? *It would seem someone is taking advantage of the situation.*

People killed by the werewolf react just about the same way anyone else killed unexpectedly and violently would to offers of resurrection..whatever said reaction is.

The werewolf seems to react to the challenge in the tone of Ookalf's voice, and pounces at him, seemingly trying to just knock him over with sheer force and weight. Of course, dodging this would leave its back open to attack again while it tries to turn around. The scratch seems perfectly mundane at the moment.

Ha! *Ookalf dodges to the side and strikes at the werewolf again!*

Another direct hit, and the werewolf yelps in pain...though Ookalf might notice that the previous wound has already become much less severe. It's in enough pain that it hasn't turned around yet, and is still open to another attack, but if it regenerates that fast from cuts he might need to come up with a better way to stop it.

((Actually, let me know if Ookalf's sword is made of silver and I'll edit this. I don't quite remember.))

Ooh... *Ookalf shifts the sword to his other hand and punches the werewolf in the back! ...I didn't say it was a smart plan.*
