A Tale Of Magik

[Raleigh]

Someones been eating her Wheaties. *Raleigh gets back up and pops his jaw back in place and dusts off some rubble.* They really need to hurry up with that bracelet. *Fragments from the broken crosses float to him.* I love being a master of time magic. *The pieces begin to reassemble themselves into the crosses and he slips them back down his sleeve.* Once more into the breach, my friends. *He takes to the air set to head back to see what damage control he can run unless he spots a certain bunny or anything.*

[Blaze]

Logos quickly puts the other bracelet on her left wrist

"Ready? 1... 2... 3!"

She yanks her left hand away from Mima! The magical girl feels something tug at her soul, pulling her towards Logos! The two vanish into a ball of light as their souls and bodies meld together! Once the light fades, a single girl stands where there was once two!

"Oh... oh my..." she says, rubbing her head

Lucy cautiously approaches the circle, ready to make a run for it if she needs to. Things tend to get sealed for a reason!

"Hello? Where am I?" she calls to the girl

[Raleigh]

*Shifts into Rei's form as he floats toward the earlier location. The life goddess looks around attempting to again see if there are any survivors within this city or at least any traces of where the lives might have been taken to.*

[Knight Errant]

".......... riiiight. Well ya have to catch me first, sort of thing." Turning, he dashes off at high speed, leaving a trail of dust behind him as he heads for city limits.

[Zoey]

Dactylos is soon grabbed by his right arm before being pulled back and slammed into the ground with tremendous force causing a shockwave on the earth. Cement and earth shattering as Dact sinks into a crater. The demonic Lucy doesn't waste time as she goes with her free arm to deal a punch at the knights head. Being this close to Lucy, Dactylos could defenately feel the full weight on her power.

Rei would notice that the whole city was awfully devoid of life. However, he would now notice a lot of dust and lights failing. If he knew any better the city had been abandoned for maybe a couple of weeks now. The roads going outside of the city were full of cars most have open doors. However Rei could feel that something was NOT right. Something he couldn't explain was just nagging him about this whole situation.

The resulting fusion warrior would feel her strength slowly rise! Slowly getting stronger and stronger! This felt weird and incredible! Just as she admired her new form a big shockwave hit the cavern where their in which made it start to cave in!

Lucy would see as she got closer to the girl she would start being enveloped by a red energy! As Lucy stops she is now completely engulfed and feels a tremendous force pushing her down. Her hearing gets hard and she starts to feel a tremendous heat. The door behind the girl vanishes as spiritually the last remnants of her soul fall into the deepest pits of her demonic ocean. She feels like her heart is being tried to be ripped away from her chest. The demon infront of Lucy stares her down. Now all the demonic energy was coming from it. It growled as it slowly approached Lucy who was starting to glow blue. A sure fire sign this ment she was in some sort of soul form. If she would know better this was do or die. The demonic energies within her were about to snuff out the soul of the girl. Lucy would have to fight for her life or die.

[Knight Errant]

Dact is cratered! And as the second blow falls towards his head there is a poof... as a sign appears where he was! Reading. "Cant we all just get along?"

Down the street, Dact waves! "Oi! Over here! You know I like succubi a lot more. The whole 'rampage everything' demon is so... collateral damage causing. Anyway follow the leader!" He says, charging off again!

[Blaze]

The resulting fusion of Logos and Mima grins, her hands clenching into fists when the whole station shook! Not wanting to risk a cave-in, the group runs for the stairs!

Lucy sinks to her knees, clutching her chest as her soul is nearly overwhelmed by the demonic energy. Gritting her teeth, she slowlt stands up and throws a punch at her demon half!

[Raleigh]

So the people ran and yet where is the life outside the city? I really hope my theory about blood stained sacrificial grounds isn't the source of the golems. *Remembers the earlier sense of being drained and checks to see if it is still persisting since the body's nature had completely changed.*

[Zoey]

Rei indeed stills feels like he's slowly being drained by an unknown force since its not like the energy is being sucked to one point, but rather that its being lost from every pore of his body. Its like its all floating away. Its still hasn't gotten to critical, but using more efforts and powers will defenately increase the loss. Additionally Rei would remember that some familiar force hes witnessed before was controlling the golems. Not blood magic, but a magic he may notice is familiar.

The group of exorcists and their new ally manage to come up stairs and have a front row seat to Lucy fighting Dactylos! The aura of demonic energy is even heavier now on the group now that their out in the open!

The demon half grabs the punch and flings Lucy away effortlessly.The demon then rushes at Lucy going to claim her other half in battle! Lucy had to now fight for her life!

As Dact turns to run away, he bumps into Lucy. Wait, how did she? But before Dact can wonder how did she teleport or move so quickly the demon punches the knight on the gut so hard his armor starts to crack and break... it also hurts a hell of a lot. However before he can go be sent off flying she grabs him by the head and flings him to a building. If hes conscious after this assault he would notice he just flew beside the group of exorcists before crashing into a building! Lucy roars and growls easily creating a shockwave of pressure.

[Blaze]

The exorcists gasp at the sheer demonic pressure being extruded form Lucy, but Logma rushes in! Her fist coated in a magical aura, she pulls her arm back and tries to slug Lucy in the face!

Lucy gasps and cries out as she's sent flying! Managing to land on her feet, she closes her eyes and tries to blast the demon with a massive burst of air, hoping her powers worked here

[Raleigh]

Oh dear. *Pulls out a teapot and starts drinking from it every so often.* This form can't support sustained drains for long so I'll have to switch back soon. Now then let us analyze our opposition while I'm meandering back. The golem magic is familiar but then again I've encountered so many kinds its hard to remember. I should have brought a familiar with me as it all gets jumbled up without them. Aeons of life and all that... bah. *Begins to play back in his mind what he had observed of the golem's animating magic as well as their reactions to the various moves of the party.*

[Knight Errant]

Dact is punched, grabbed, thrown, and cratered! "Ow...." he mutters... feeling quite of alot of him complaining and bleeding... He goes to grab a health potion from his pack and drink it...

[Zoey]

Lucy growls and slowly goes walk up to Dact, slowly picking up her place before she outright charges Dact... and gets SLUGGED IN THE FACE! Lucy is sent flying and crashes into another building! The sound of her cry and growling is heard as the building crumbles unto her! Dact is able to drink the potion!

Inside Lucy's mind, she manages to strike back! However evil Lucy easily brushes of the attack with one hand before charging her good side! Lucy would notice as she attack her heart kinda faltered... like it wasnt completely into this fight. Evil Lucy quickly closes the distance again as she tries to grab Good Lucy by the FACE!

[Blaze]

Logma gives Dact a thumbs up and runs after Lucy, standing outside the building and waiting, both first glowing.

Lucy bites her lower lip with concern. She's a Buddhist, violence goes against everything she believed in. Could she really do this? So distracted by her moral dilemma, she doesn't react fast enough and is grabbed by the face!

[Knight Errant]

The punched Dact vanishes in a poof of smoke! Revealing a round explosive in his place! As it detonates, Dact starts piecing himself back together on the next skyscraper rooftop. "I wish I knew how much force I should use..." -____-
