Wow. That's... quite a way to go.

Ellen: ...Yeah. It's tiring. If it's alright with you, I just want to sit here for a bit before I make tracks for the pool.

[Circe]

It's a library, Ellen. Relaxing is what it's for.

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ... Glad that someone understands. *coughs something which sounds a bit like 'not Elk'*

[Circe]

*Circe chuckles and goes back to her book.*

[AmbushCat]

*Feeling a bit more at ease, Ellen decides its time for a brief nap. Demonstrating who her mother is, she repositions herself until she is all but draped over the armrests and proceeds to doze off.*

*Circe leaves her to that!*

[AmbushCat]

*An undisclosed amount of time later... might be 45 minutes, or maybe an hour, who knows... the silence is broken by a quiet yawn.*

Ellen: ...Mmf... where...? *looks around* ...Oh. I guess I needed that.

[Circe]

Clearly. *Circe looks up from her book.*

Ellen: *nods* ...Don't know if I feel refreshed, but it's still better than earlier. *rubs her eyes and jumps out of her seat*

[Circe]

That's nice to hear, I suppose... Will you be sticking around?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ... ... *stares at the ground in thought* ...Now that you mention it, I'm torn between staying in here and enjoying your company, or having one of your maids draw me a map to the nearest swimming pool.

[Circe]

Well, I'm not that entertaining to be around... You're certainly welcome to go to the pool, if you'd like.

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: *muted snort* ...You're a decent conversationalist where I'm concerned... but I don't want to take you away from your work. ...If you have some off-time before I go home, though, would you mind joining me at the pool?

[Circe]

*Circe takes a moment to think about this.* Hm, well, I suppose I could, if you really want me to... This isn't that important, anyway.
