Suddenly, Pool Ninjas

*Above the entrance to the park another ninja, this one wearing day-glo purple and yet somehow remaining unnoticed, observes the two Mischas.* ((Perhaps he has similar training to the ninja in that one Shadow Hearts game, yes?))

The teenager stares into the silent bamboo for a moment before she starts to chant under her breath, and a slight breeze seems to blow around her, lightly tousling her hair. The inflatable green monster begins to glow, and then starts rapidly expanding in size. The rubber-like skin becomes flesh once more, and it's head swivels on the long neck, before letting out a roar. The dinosaur-like sea creature drags itself along the poolside, crushing loungers and tables, and goes crashing into the bamboo forest!

*might have noticed the ninja but the shere stupidity of being dayglow purple has caused what functions to sort out stimuli rationally to just ignore it*

((Yeah not the best color but I was trying to think of one and it popped into my head. I would have went with neon black but I'm not sure there is such a thing though I think the concept at least makes sense. In my defense, I think the color of my username influenced the color choice.))

*As the now fleshly monster tears into the bamboo it will be obvious that whoever was there isn't any longer. The more it tears inward though the more sounds of activity far in the back the girl and the monster can hear.*

The monster rampages onward, in the direction of the sounds of activity, while the teenage girl in the swimsuit calmly walks along behind, in the wake of it's destruction.

*As the monster smashes on through the girl and it will find themselves stepping out of the bamboo into what appears to be a normal modern city. People stream down the sidewalks minding their own varied business. Not too far off they can make out a harbor with an ocean attached. They might spend a moment pondering how this city is hidden by a patch of bamboo that looks like its no more than half an acre in size and only about 15 feet or so high.*

Stepping onto the sidewalk of the city, the Elliot-monster continued on it's own way, over-turning cars, even smashing through the walls of some of the smaller buildings. The teenage girl seemed to have relinquished her control over it, letting it wander off to cause chaos. She snapped her fingers, and her swimsuit shifted a little, opening out at the bottom to become a short black dress with little straps over the shoulders, while a pair of matching black sandals with large white flowers on the front appeared on her feet.

"For rides, of course!" Jasmischa says with a grin, and Mischa nods. "Yeah... it's been a while since I've been here last, and we weren't sure if you had any new attractions or the like." He stretches a bit languidly. "Although I'm kind of in the mood to just float around on the water for a bit."

*For the destruction the monster is causing the people seem to be taking it well. They keep staying out of its way while a van labeled animal control starts to arrive on scene. A few of the people standing around to watch the spectacle start chuckling at what they are seeing when one of the officers from the car tries to literally lasso this 'Nessie' with a noodle.*

Well new things we have ehh? I think we have a new one that simulates being inside a geyser. There are also a few new hot springs that were just added that supposedly help with the usual things and two new ones that supposedly help one's magic reserves. I still refuse to put in one that aids in breast growth despite demand though since I don't want to be liable for those kinds of incidents that always crop up around such things. Our fountain of youth is of course as popular as ever. *Nods to himself.* There are always the various wacky slides but they only really vary by length and loop count and the like so its hard to say which of them you would prefer. Next month I'm adding in a ride that lets you experience what its like to go over the Niagra Falls in a barrel. Note that when I do I'm adding a rule that says you have to pay a fine every time someone shouts "Barrel!".

Hm... maybe set one aside and dress it up like a certain red headed sorceress queen too come to think of it. Make it into some sort of punny tourist attraction to see Queen Barrel.

The girl wandered down one of the city streets, watching those around her, trying to seek out traces of magic within them, and particularly, that same kind of magic she'd felt hiding in the bamboo forest before Elliot had been transformed.

*All the people the girl can observe seem to practically glow with magic. Also, as she pays attention, it will become obvious that everyone present seems to be surprisingly fit in a gymnast kind of way. There also seems to be quite a bit of energy, not necessarily magic, in a pillar shape reaching into the sky where there is no actual building if she looks in its direction.

It would seem the noodle might be working at first. Perhaps there is something odd about this place after all?*
