The waitress smacked me with a rubber chicken when I asked her what the special was.

Oh... Right. *Before anyone can say anything else, a woman in what looks vaguely like a cowboy outfit pops in seemingly out of nowhere and puts a sandwich on a plate down on Thaddea's table.*

Aaaand there's the sandwich for the little miss! Can I get anythin' else for you, dear?

Al waves hesitantly at the waitress in an effort to get her attention.

Okie-dokie then! You just holler if you need anythin', ya hear? *The waitress (Jane?) then spots Al waving and hops over to their table.* Well howdy there! And what can I do for you fine folks today?

Well, menus might be nice to... Oh. *Yoko cuts herself off, realizing that three menus have appeared at the table while she was talking. Did anyone actually see the waitress put those down?*

Will that be all?

Uh, gimme a sec... *Ookalf picks up his menu and starts flipping through it.*

"Uh..." Al only flips through the menu for a couple of seconds before deciding he's better off not being the one to decide. "J-just, uh, get me whatever has the most m-meat in it. I-if it's alright with you," he adds to Ookalf.

Sure. And I'll have whatever you're getting him.

Aaaaaaallrighty-then! Sounds like that's two triple meaty-meat-the-meat-meat burgers for you, and... what else? *looking to Yoko*

I don't need anything, thanks.

You sure? Well, all righty. I'll be back before you can say "I'll be back before you can say this!" *And the waitress runs off to somewhere!*

And suddenly, I'm having doubts about this place again...

*nibbling at her sandwich* At least the food's alright. That's more than I can say for some of the other lesser known locales in Muffinville.
