"Right..I'm startin' to get the impression this kind of thing is normal 'round here.." She looks to the one who's been throwing magic around like cheap fake cigars (Melanie, but she hasn't quite caught the name yet). "So, yer in charge here, huh? Is this a sale or an ever-growin' danger zone?"

Elliot chews her bottom lip... and looked down. The wet swimsuit was snug enough that it was quite obvious it had no pockets, and she definitely had nothing in her possession beside that one piece of clothing she wore and the trinkets in her hair. "Oh... right", she sighed.

Melanie headed over to the Fox-woman, "I don't really like the term 'in charge', it gives off the wrong sort of impression. Nobody is in charge here... this is all just about having fun. Find something that catches your interest and... give it a go", she suggested with a smile.

The Mischa-pool listens to Elliot and Ookalf talk. It had been a little worried Melanie was going to come up with more revenge, but she'd wandered off for the moment. On the other hand, since Melanie had transformed her into this shape, it seemed to be stuck for the moment.

Sam pauses for a moment as the fox girl comes on over toward him, having set down one of the monster manuals. "Um, hey there."

The woman reacts to Sam by putting the manual to one side, having not even read it yet. "Oh, hey. Didn't see ya thar, somehow. You ah, from 'round here or got whisked away in yer sleep like me?"

Sam blinkblinks. "Uh, wow. I got whisked away, as you say, while I was sleeping. I'm, um, Sam. Nice to meet you." He says, extending a hand.

Mischa ooohs, and takes a look at the apps. "Hmm, so what would it take to turn someone like me into a high-bounce ball?" he asks curiously.

He does glance over at the young woman that shouts across the yard at the maid. "Demonstrations?"

the maidbot quickly taps the pad, the forcefield drops and the rubberites swarm over Mischa much like thousands of greygoo horror stories they painlessly reprocess is normal human flesh into rubber on the outside and air on the inside soon the pull back to their container leaving behind something that looks much like those exercize balls but with a smiling face on it. Mischa finds he can bounce around and speak in squeaks!

The woman shakes Sam's hand; she has a somewhat firm grip but doesn't hold on for too long. "Orpheus. Or, Orphea I guess? Th'rain did this to me, odd as it sounds. Even messed up my axe." She points to the odd instrument she's carrying.

(EDIT) She noticed the reference to Kitsune while putting the book to her side, but hasn't had time to read it yet. In the back of her mind she's wondering how that's pronounced, of course, having not heard the word before.

Blinking a little, Sam stares at the instrument, before shaking his head. "Well, it's nice to meet you, um, Orphea. But, jeez...even the rain is messed up around here? Glad I wasn't out in that. Man..." He says, before glancing back down at the book, then looking back up at Orphea, blinking some more. "Hey...that kinda looks like you."

Mischa gasps, stepping back in surprise as the rubberites swarm him! He feels his body being painlessly changed into another material, somehow retaining his awareness and senses, but soon a simple sphere of rubber filled with air, his face on one side of it. Trying to move, he bounces a little! He then tries to ask Josephine what happened, but his voice only comes out as squeaking sounds!
