Circe's Manor: Re-re-redux!

"I'm... taking her place for the whole time? But... I remember soccer players getting broken legs back in school... it would sometimes be a year before they were ready to play again!", he gasped. "I thought this was a one off... ", he groaned, sitting down on the edge of the bed, unable to keep the panties from showing as he put his head in his hands!

"That's surprisingly a lot easier than I thought it would be for some reason." She seems to get ready to go that way, but stops. "Wait, I don't even know your name. I should probably thank you for warning me about this if I get the chance later on. Maybe when I don't have this constant feeling of impending doom."

"Are you a servant by nature, or did Circe make you a servant by nature?" Dani asks suspiciously, narrowing her eyes slightly.

Claire: *flipping through the pages* I was turned into this by a lady whose guts I really--- *eyes return to normal* ---hate?... *blushes* Oh, my... *recovers* Excuse me. Anyway, after I was transformed, she never gave me much to do. What good is a servant who doesn't serve? ...So, I left her and sought a job at Lady Circe's establishments, and she agreed to hire me.

"Another couple hours? Jeez...how long is your break?" Mark asks, before taking note of how the halls look pretty much the same. "Jeez...one can easily get lost in here. How do you all get around?"

I have a map... *The maid pulls out a piece of paper with what looks like part of a map of the building and shows it to Mark.*

Well, maybe not the whole time. There's always a chance we'll find someone else, or someone could cook up a healing potion tomorrow... Until then, though? You're stuck.

James nods, and teleports about three meters in the direction of the gate. Then she starts running, somewhat awkwardly in the long dress, in the direction of the gate, intending to teleport to the other end of it once it's within two meters or so.

Dani sighs slightly. "I'm really worried about staying here..." She turns to Marie, and asks, "What do you mean, 'for most people'?"

I have a map... *The maid pulls out a piece of paper with what looks like part of a map of the building and shows it to Mark.*

Glancing at the map, Mark blinks. "Ah...well, this certainly would help." He says, taking a good glance-over of the map, seeing just what all this place has.

Elliot groaned and swept the blonde hair back from his face as he looked up at the maid with a glum expression. "So... who am I even cheering for?", he asked nervously.

[Circe]

James nods, and teleports about three meters in the direction of the gate. Then she starts running, somewhat awkwardly in the long dress, in the direction of the gate, intending to teleport to the other end of it once it's within two meters or so.

*Perhaps surprisingly, nothing seems to stop her! Meanwhile, Emily starts cleaning up the mess James left behind...*

Dani sighs slightly. "I'm really worried about staying here..." She turns to Marie, and asks, "What do you mean, 'for most people'?"

Well, I think some people have managed to convince Miss Circe to let them go in the past. Probably wasn't easy, though.

*On close inspection, Mark will note that images on the map actually seem to be changing as they move along, matching their surroundings! At any rate, immediately surrounding him and his escort are a swimming pool, a library, a "magic lab", three bathrooms, a library, and... a baseball stadium? Is he reading that right?*

Elliot groaned and swept the blonde hair back from his face as he looked up at the maid with a glum expression. "So... who am I even cheering for?", he asked nervously.

The green baseball team... They're, ah, still working on an actual name.

Climbing back to his feet, Elliot bent to retrieve his black canvas sneakers, and crouched down to slip them on and tie the laces. "Baseball, huh? I've never really seen much baseball before. Okay, I think I'm ready... ", he said, standing up again and smoothing down the dress.

Claire: *snaps the book shut and puts it away* And the guidelines make that rather clear, too. *stoops down to finish cleaning off the treadmill*

We're not sure to sure how that works either, really... Some people think the demons that built the place put some kind of portal/sub-dimension thingy there instead of a normal door just for giggles, but no one really knows...

Elliot was still tugging the short dress as he followed the maid out of the room. "Joan Cooper, that's the hurt girl?", he asked, only spotting the name tag on the way out. A shiver ran down his spine and he blushed, "This is still so weird... ".
