Claire: *finishes her cleaning and stands up, smiling* Funny you should say that, Miss Dani...

Well, we're allowed to go into town on our days off, sometimes...

Elliot was still tugging the short dress as he followed the maid out of the room. "Joan Cooper, that's the hurt girl?", he asked, only spotting the name tag on the way out. A shiver ran down his spine and he blushed, "This is still so weird... ".

Yeah, that's her. Gave me permission to use and go through her things if anything came up... *The maid sighs and continues on.*

"So... how am I supposed to introduce myself to the rest of the squad? Will they know that I'm.... I mean... not a... ", he trailed off, blushing brightly, "They're bound to be able to tell... right?", he asked, looking down at her skinny, nearly bare legs.

Dani sighs slightly. "I doubt she'll let me out... I'd just try to run away, most likely..." She shakes her head, and turns back to Claire. "Is that what you were refering to...?"

Claire: *nods* That's part of it. And on the off-chance that we don't have everything we need in the way of personal items and preferences, we can always order out. I keep several catalogs in my quarters for such occasions.

*James... actually makes it through! It's perhaps a bumpier jump than she's used to, and she's left feeling a little dizzy afterward, but the safeguards let her pass.*

...What's so bad about being a maid? I mean, there's bound to be worse jobs...

Elliot cringed, "Okay, okay... but what about my name? It's Elliot by the way... that might kind of give the game away?", he suggested as he followed after her. "Sometimes... when... I get turned into a girl, people call me Ellie... ".

Dani frowns, slightly. "I'm sure there are worse jobs... but it's more like I don't get a choice in the matter. Yes, I took the job without any though into the matter, but now I can't leave unless I really earn Circe's favor, which is unlikely to happen. Then there's the added fact that I'm a girl, and my uniform is a dress and high heels." She sighs slightly. "I'm sure I'll get used to it... eventually... it just feels less like a job and more like a cage to me, is all."

"Oof!" Once she reappears, James immediately falls over from dizziness. The dress and shoes probably have something to do with it as well. She carefully gets back up once she's able to holder balance. "..Why have I been wearing these all this time anyway?" After kicking the shoes off, she looks around to see what's going on outside of the gate..she'd been so focused on getting away from the witch that she'd hardly been paying attention.

We're not sure to sure how that works either, really... Some people think the demons that built the place put some kind of portal/sub-dimension thingy there instead of a normal door just for giggles, but no one really knows...

Pausing for a moment, Mark blinkblinks at the maid. "Demons built this place? Really?"

Ellie sounds fine to me... *As Elliot and the maid walk, the pass by a redheaded maid showing a young man what appears to be a map of some kind.* Almost there...

*Right outside the gate is... not a whole lot, what with Circe's Manor being a little bit away from Muffinville proper. There's a road leading into town, at least.*

Yeah. Another of Miss Circe's many talents... *As Mark and the maid talk, a rather large-chested maid and a blonde-haired "girl" in a cheerleader uniform walk past them.*

Elliot's blue gaze drifted, watching the red-haired maid as they wandered passed her and the young man. "This Circe sure does have a lot of servants...", he muttered. "Although if she has her own baseball team and cheering squad, a whole bunch of maids must seem kind of normal. What's your name by the way?".
