Circe's Manor: Re-re-redux!

"...Villian of the year?" Dani asks, suddenly curious. "What, did she not win, or something?"

Nodding a little. "It's um...about the best I can come up with." She says, blushing. "Maybe add in that I blocked the door or something for a moment before you finally came in..."

"...Villian of the year?" Dani asks, suddenly curious. "What, did she not win, or something?"

Well, this is just what I've heard, but apparently Miss Circe was booted out during the preliminaries, while a Beige girl and a hero who apparently wasn't even there were allowed to continue on. The hero actually won the thing, I hear...

Nodding a little. "It's um...about the best I can come up with." She says, blushing. "Maybe add in that I blocked the door or something for a moment before you finally came in..."

*The maid thinks about this for a little while, then shakes her head.* No, I don't think that'll work after all... I mean, I was just with her a minute ago, she knows I wasn't out cold... *Another moment passes as the maid thinks.* Maybe, if we sneak you out, you can go into town and get help at a magic shop or something...

Dani blinks. She snickers. She blinks again. She snickers some more. She blinks a third time... and bursts out laughing. "Bwahahaha! Oh, that's great! The mighty witch Circe beaten by a hero to become Villian of the Year! Bwahahahahaha!" It's probably a good thing that Circe can't hear her laughing. ...Right?

[Marky]

*The maid thinks about this for a little while, then shakes her head.* No, I don't think that'll work after all... I mean, I was just with her a minute ago, she knows I wasn't out cold... *Another moment passes as the maid thinks.* Maybe, if we sneak you out, you can go into town and get help at a magic shop or something...

Pausing for a moment, Mark eeps and blushes. "B-but, I don't want to go into town like this!"

[Circe]

*Clearly startled, Marie jumps at Dani clamps a hand over her mouth!* Shutupshutupshutupshutup! Someone might hear you!

Pausing for a moment, Mark eeps and blushes. "B-but, I don't want to go into town like this!"

Well, you can't just stay locked up in here, right...?

Dani's laughing is muffled... but she's still laughing, a few tears comeing out of the corners of her eyes in mirth. She's having some trouble controlling herself, it seems, but if Marie keeps her mouth clamped down she should calm down soon.

Well, you can't just stay locked up in here, right...?

"I...but, well..." Mark starts to say before she lets out a sigh. "I guess that's the best option...but...I really don't have an idea of where to go..."

[Circe]

Dani's laughing is muffled... but she's still laughing, a few tears comeing out of the corners of her eyes in mirth. She's having some trouble controlling herself, it seems, but if Marie keeps her mouth clamped down she should calm down soon.

Dani, cut this out... You don't wanna get in trouble, do you?

Well, Miss Circe does have her own shop... Maybe, if you go there in a day or two and don't let her know where the clothes came from, she might help you there...

That sobers her up a bit quicker... but she's still a bit red from the laughing. "Sorry..." She murmers through Marie's hand, followed by a few escaped giggles. "It's just... so funny." A few more giggles.

Well, Miss Circe does have her own shop... Maybe, if you go there in a day or two and don't let her know where the clothes came from, she might help you there...

Nodding a little, Mark starts to cheer up a bit. "Yeah. Hopefully." She says, before pausing. "Well, um...I guess it's best that we go ahead and get out of here?"
