Circe's Manor: Re-re-redux!

Right, come on... *The maid leads Mark out of the lab, making sure to close and lock the door behind them.*

Quietly following, Mark nods, glancing around a little as they exit, hoping that no one spots them leaving.

Rubbing the back of her head, Mark pauses for a moment. "Well, um...directions to her shop would be nice..."

Dani blinks, and suddenly looks a bit more nervous. "C-come on... it's not like she'll here about this..." She shrinks into her chair a bit. "...Right...?"

You never know. Someone could always tell her about this in hopes of a reward of some kind...

Listening intently, Mark nods a little as she receives the directions to Circe's shop from the maid! Pausing for a moment afterward, Mark smiles a little bit. "Well, um, thanks for your help. I guess I'll be off, and hope Circe can fix things when I go to her shop."

Dani winces again. "Ah... um..." She shrinks down a bit further. "Any way to, um, minimize the chances of that, or do I just have to sit and wait in fear?"

Well, you can try to get the other maids to like you, so they can't rat you out without feeling like jerks...

Listening intently, Mark nods a little as she receives the directions to Circe's shop from the maid! Pausing for a moment afterward, Mark smiles a little bit. "Well, um, thanks for your help. I guess I'll be off, and hope Circe can fix things when I go to her shop."

Dani blinks. "Really? How would I go about that? I mean, I could go and talk to each of them, but..." She gestures to the entire bowling alley. "That seems... ineffecient..."

Mark waves back, before yelling back after a small distance. "And sorry for the trouble!" She then turns around and heads off, most like to the shop in a day or two!

Dani blinks. "Really? How would I go about that? I mean, I could go and talk to each of them, but..." She gestures to the entire bowling alley. "That seems... ineffecient..."

Well, you don't have to do it all at once... Just, y'know, try to be friendly with everyone you come across... Do a good job at your work... Stuff like that. You probably can't do all that right away, but I guess you can just try to live by those sorts of rule.

Dani sighs slightly, and bows her head, nodding. "Understood..." It probably wouldn't be enough to stop this little incident from reaching Circe's ears... but hopefully she'll be able to stop future mistakes from spreading throughout the mansion.

Dani sighs slightly, and bows her head, nodding. "Understood..." It probably wouldn't be enough to stop this little incident from reaching Circe's ears... but hopefully she'll be able to stop future mistakes from spreading throughout the mansion.

*Marie nods and sits back, waiting for Claire to arrive.*
