My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic RP: Elements of Chaos

Chloe felt her hear skip a beat as she heard the familiar voice of her Mother. Even scolding was familiar, as Clark had been on the receiving end of the very same talk many times before. It had always annoyed him how much she acted like a real Mom, despite them bring so close in age... but now he realised he'd much prefer to being getting the talk than be the little sister the talk was about!

The faintest nudge from Holly sent her sprawling into the room where she crashed to the floor and saw the red-haired, yellow pony. Everything had become a bit of a blur, but Chloe could hear her Mom's voice saying the word stroller, and it repeated over and over in her head.

As the adult Pony agreed to letting them go help Sonata, Casey pressed up against her, nuzzling her side, "Thanks, Mom! And we'll take good care of Chloe!", she promised before prancing over to Holly. The two young ponies squealed and skipped around eachother, their complete lack of reaction to Chloe's tumble suggesting it was a rather expected occurrence.

Sonata's excellent hearing heard that Chloe and Casey were allowed to accompany her on the seach for Skyfall, and then waited for Casey to get the stroller for her baby sister. "Casey, I am glad your mother allowed you to accompany me to search for Skyfall. I do not know who this pony is. Maybe we can ask around. Surely, some pony knows."

[Duskstroke Serenade]

Meanwhile, there was a stirring behind the arcade's garbage bin outside. As Cody looked around he tried to recall what happened and why he was out here.

"What happened? ... oh yeah, that weird dream... But why am I out here?" he said to himself, moving his hand to rub his head. He blinked as he felt smoothness instead of hair, and noticed he also couldn't feel his fingers. Looking at his hands, he made a shocking discovery: he didn't HAVE hands. Instead, he had what looked like hooved legs, with holes that went all the way through to the other side. This realization made him jump to his feet, which only made him fall since his body's center of balance was different. He crawled towards the reflective screen of a tipped-over broken arcade machine and gasped. His body was that of a pony, except that instead of fur, he had a smooth layer of tough-looking skin. On the back of his head was some kind of leather-like fin. On his forehead, a short, smooth horn protruded at a roughly 45 degree angle. His eyes were light blue where they'd normally be white, and an even lighter blue where his pupils would be. He also noted a short fin-like tail and some kind of dark blue armor on his back, as well as a pair of insect-like wings.

"Wait. What? This can't be right. I look just like..." he mumbled to himself before jumping up again, this time landing on all fours and looking over himself directly. "I'm a changeling!? How?!" he exclaimed a bit louder than he meant, not thinking whether or not anyone was in his range. He quickly looked around before sitting behind the dumpster to think.

"Hold on... that dream. What Discord said... It wasn't a dream?" he said in thought, recalling the dream he'd woken from. "I was watching a recorded episode of the wedding finale... There was a flash of light... Then Discord... Is that why I'm now a changeling?" he continued to think out loud. Then he thought about the changes Discord had made and looked down at himself. He let out a sigh of relief.

"At least I'm still a guy... I think."

Princess MoonSpell is caught rather off guard by the suddenly appearance of the armored ponies. She immediately begins to try and figure out why they are there. Could it be for the changling? She hoped not. It was clear the changling wasn't REALLY one of them, but a former human like herself.

Wait, they had said Princess right? Perhaps they had been sent here by Luna? They did seem to match her unit-

It was then she realized all of their eyes were directly on HER.

She WAS dressed for the occasion...

"M-Me?" She managed to squeak.

Jackie made a point of taking a few quiet steps backward when the guards walked in, but said nothing.

Princess MoonSpell is caught rather off guard by the suddenly appearance of the armored ponies. She immediately begins to try and figure out why they are there. Could it be for the changling? She hoped not. It was clear the changling wasn't REALLY one of them, but a former human like herself.

"I-I wasn't playing... Wait Mi-Milady?" MoonSpell said, feeling more and more confused. "Who... What's going on?"

This was all very VERY confusing. They were acting like they KNEW her, but she didn't know anyone in the town except Ted!

Also, was it her imagination or was there a commotion going on out back?

(Oh man... I wish we had someone playing a Stallion Pony/former human. How funny would it be if this Princess was engaged? XD )

"Yes, you Milady,"the unicorn continues, "you can't spend all day playing games"

"I-I wasn't playing... Wait Mi-Milady?" MoonSpell said, feeling more and more confused. "Who... What's going on?"

This was all very VERY confusing. They were acting like they KNEW her, but she didn't know anyone in the town except Ted!

Also, was it her imagination or was there a commotion going on out back?

(Oh man... I wish we had someone playing a Stallion Pony/former human. How funny would it be if this Princess was engaged? XD )

"You are slacking off, that's what's going on"he continues, "you have a job to do, its not raising the sun or the moon, but its still important to these ponies that they have proper governance"

Meanwhile, Derpy Hooves, the blonde-maned Pegasus assigned to be the Mail Mare, flew over the area where Princess MoonSpell and the royal guards were escorting, She wondered who the VIP (Very Important Pony) was and then landed. She lost the letter she was supposed to deliver to Skyfall about the upcoming Equestrian 500, which also contained her enrty form, rules and regulations, and a voucher to Rarity's Boutique to get a new special lightning resistant suit made for the race.

Meanwhile, Sonata was back at Casey and Chloe's house, looking for the stroller to put the little foal in. Just then, Sonata's stomach starts to growl..."Ehhh" she says with a sheepish grin on her muzzle..."I have not had anything to eat....is there a way we can get some snacks for our trip, and whatever snacks for your sister?" She asks Casey and Holly. Perhaps along the way, the new friends can at least have something to eat while they travel around Ponyville, looking for Skyfall.

(One, I'm fairly certain Rainbow Dash isn't a filly fooler. That pic with Sorin during the wedding. XD Two, and more importantly. I'm not into same sex relationship roleplaying. I'd find it more interesting and humorous if there was just some Stallion that in this version of the town, was in love with MoonSpell and engaged to her. Not saying other's can have same sex RPing going on here. I'm just not into it myself.

However that being said, if anyone wants to try creating an extra character just for that, PM me. XD)

"I- I must have fallen asleep by mistake. My... head is still a bit uh groggy. Humor me. What is my position again?" A sinking feeling had begun to form in the pit of her stomach. She had a bad feeling that 'looking' like a Princess wasn't the case...

She then remembered something..."You signing up for the Equestrian 500? Here's a flier for you! That letter I was to give you was your invite to participate in that race! Any Pegasi is eligible to enter. I cannot enter 'cause I have to deliver this invitation to Rainbow Dash. I know she's going to want to race. Winner gets a tryout with the Wonderbolts!"

"Um... Huh?" Skyfall looked at the mail pony in confusion as she came up and started talking to her. "Yeah, I'm, um, Skyfall, but... I'm not sure I caught all that... Did you say I'm supposed to be in a race or something?"

Derpy Hooves nods, "If you want too. You get a gold medal and a tryout with the Wonderbolts! Your letter is with Sonata. Just look for a unicorn with a dark brown mane and tail, and a light brown coat with an eye symbol on her flank. Oh, the Race is in Cloudsdale. That's where I'm from. It's the home of the weather bureau and the Ponyville Post office. I wanted to be the weather mare, but I messed up, so they transferred me to delivering the mail."
