[Jello Shot Mischa]

Jean frowns slightly and looks at the pod.

"I'm not so sure... if it was an attack, surely the pod would have opened by now with so many potential victims! Perhaps someone managed to escape with information! They could be stuck in there!"

She marches over to the pod, her whole body aglow to shield herself from the heat!

Caine sighs. "I wouldn't call a few people 'so many victims'..." she murmurs, turning to follow after Jean, apparently unaffected by the increasing heat. "All units, stand by to engage," she orders, and the assembled robots turn to fact the pod, levelling their weapons at it.

[Blaze]

Jean stands before the hatch! The glow around her hands intensifies as she braces one leg against the pod and pulls on the handle to open it!

"Hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngh!"

[President Monoko]

The pod does indeed give a bit of resistance... but after an extended moment, she yanks it open, revealing...a girl. She seems to be unconscious, though stirring very slightly.

[Blaze]

Jean looks down at the girl before turning to the assembled CTC troops with a rather smug 'see, I told you so' look on her face before gently shaking the girl by the shoulder.

"Miss, are you okay? Wake up!"

Caine, following after Jean, peers into the pod over her shoulder... and a look of horror crosses her face. "Er... this could be bad..." she murmurs, turning away to start mumbling to herself.

[Ookalf]

Hm? *Ookalf walks over to Jean and Caine and looks past them to the girl in the pod.* So... Is that thing that fell before?

[President Monoko]

The girl blinks up to Jean woozily, looking around. Strangely, though she may not have noticed before, the girl's uniform seems slightly...official. Like something you might see at a military academy. There's a stylized 'B' on her lapel. "Whuss...going on?"

[Blaze]

Jean smiles to the girl as she runs a glowing hand over the air surrounding her body to check her for injuries or anything untoward.

"Hello there, welcome to Muffinville! My name is Jean, what's yours sweetie?" she asks kindly.

[President Monoko]

The girl doesn't appear to be injured, thankfully, but she does look confused. "Ah? Oh. Sorry Miss Jean, I'm Monoko..." She squints up to her with a dazed look. "Muffinville?"

[Blaze]

Jean nods, and seeing that Monoko doesn't seem to be hurt, steps back and offers the girl a hand to help her out of the pod.

"Well, not Muffinville, we're actually on the outskirts of Spamburg I believe, but close enough!"

Caine stands behind Ookalf and Jean -- almost like she's keeping them between her and Monoko -- simply listening, with her arms crossed.

At an unheard order, however, CRAVEN fields flickers into being around each of the EDU robots standing guard...

The girl stumbles out of the pod unsteadily, looking up to Jean. (Up?) "Ah--well. Thank you, Miss Jean. I'm...confused..."

[Blaze]

Yes, up! Jean is 20 after all.

"Confused? How so?"

[Knight Errant]

Dact, who had been standing in front of the door the entire time, blinks as the occupant is revealed to be Monoko!

"Monoko... where did you come from?"

[Ookalf]
