An Offer they Can't Refuse

Will watched Melissa for a moment. She definitely was doing things a little differently. He sighed and tried his best to mimic her as he swam, darting his head up to watch her for a second between breaths.

Hannah stretched a bit too, putting one arm over her head and pulling with the other. "There's a water fountain over in the corner." She nodded her head to a water feature that looked to be part of the garden. Apparently, there was a little foot pedal that shot up drinking water when pressed.

Steve blinks, then heads over to said feature... seeing about using it!

Will finds it hard to match her rhythm for a moment... then it just seems to click... and he begins propelling himself through the water much easier!

Will noticed the increase in speed, and tried to use it to his adantage! He pushed a little harder, trying to continue with Melissa's rhythm and pull ahead of her.

Steve managed to get there without a line of people ahead of him. The water was cool and refreshing. It was right next to the pond too, and as he drank, he could see his reflection in the water. Specifically, he could see his longer, lighter hair, and his very smooth looking face.

Steve blinks at his reflection in the water... he finishes drinking... then leans down over the pond... looking closer...

WIll finds that... using her technique... he begins swimming faster! Melissa blinks... and kicks faster, keeping up!

Will would have smiled, but he'd probably get a mouthfull of pool water. Instead, he kept his eye on Melissa to see if there was anything else he could use to improve his form and beat her!

Hannah leans in behind him and takes a drink as well. In the water, Steve can see his hair is longer than it should be, especially around the back. It's like he has the beginnings of a mullet. The hair itself is a little lighter, and has a little bit of a bluish sheen to it. His face looks baby soft, and all in all seems to be a little more refined. It was like looking at the hollywood version of himself.

Steve frowns. "What the heck is going on?" He mutters... loud enough for Hannah to hear, but soft enough as to not draw attention to himself as he stares at his reflection...

Will sees that Melissa is also wiggling her hips quite a bit as she kicks through the water... maybe he should loosen his lower body up some?

The things Will had to do to win. As if swimming a little more like her weren't enough, he loosened his hips as well, and tried to emulate her even more.

"I've already said that I've told you all I can. So you tell me. What's going on?" Hannah slipped her hand behind Steve to rest it on his shoulder.

"I look different." He says... watching his reflection closely... "But how is that possible..."

The more Will wiggles his hips, the faster he swims! And the more... natural the motion felt. He begins catching up again!

Before he tried it, Will figured the hip wiggling was just something she did. Apparently, it helped. It felt great too, keeping up with her and moving that way. He kept looking and swimming, trying to find that one thing that would help him gain an edge over her.

"That's not the important question. I'm not exactly sure on all the little details behind it anyways." She patted his shoulder and turned. "Come on, you want to continue with the Tai Chi, or try something different?"

Steve looks up. "What do you mean... what is the important question then?" He frowns a bit.

Will cant seem to find any other way she is swimming... until he starts overtaking her... then she swims even faster! Wiggling her hips more as her shapely legs swirl through the water... it was almost like looking at a mermaid.

Oh no she didn't! Will figured two could play, and doubled his efforts to move his hips and legs even more. He tried to keep that natural feeling, since he knew that came from the hip wiggling she did.

"Another question I can't really answer. But don't worry. You're on the right track. You'll figure it out soon, and I'll be able to tell you everything." She held out her hand to him. "Come on, if you want to talk, we should go somewhere else."

Steve looks a bit worried, but takes her hand. "I guess... I don't know." He sighs. "What do you think we should do..."

Will spurts ahead as well! His hips wiggling as his legs move with the beginnings of grace! But just then... they reach the other side of the pool! At the same time!

Will grinned at the opposite end of the pool. "Hah! So the mermaid can be caught after all!"

"Well, we have some free time until dinner. We could stay here, or go back to your room to watch some TV or read." She gave his hand a squeeze. "I won't tell you what to do, but I'd still recommend sticking to the schedule."

Steve shrugs. "TV sounds good, I guess..." He looks at her. "You want to come with me?"

Melissa comes up out of the water, smiling a little. "It looks like you can swim faster than you thought."

"I guess so. Feels pretty good, too. Feels natural." Will grinned at her. "I could do this all day."

Hannah smiled. "I'd like that. Lead on then."
