Maria: Learning the Ropes (Open to all)

~I'll have to buy some sort of storage later I guess.~ Maria thought as she let out a sigh and took the enourmous sheath , put her sword in it, and strapped it on her back in a slant, the bottom being towards her left. "So should we stop here for now? I do kind of have to get used to stuff other than swordplay."

[Blaze]

Yama smiles and nods.

"I suppose you want to experience the town yes? THen let me show you one more thing. Take the sword back out and put it on the ground flat."

Maria unsheathed the sword and placed it on the ground, wondering why Yama wanted her to pretty much disarm herself. It's not like she'd pull out the weapon for no reason, only if someone attacked her she would.

[Blaze]

The sword starts to glow, shimmer... and hover, a few inches off the ground.

"Now stand on the flat of the blade." ^^

Maria stood ontop of her blade, and was quite surprised that it could actually lift her, she was sure it would drop to the floor. "So, where to?" Maria asked, thinking she could control where it flew, since it pretty much came into existence when she became a girl, she thought it was bound to her.

[Blaze]

The sparkles spread up maria's legs, as somehow, it's like the flying sword has become part of her. With a thought, she can make it go forward, back go higher or lower...

"What do you think?" Yama asks with a smile.

Maria thought about going up before realizing what just happened, and she went up, so now she thought of moving in a clockwise, triangular pattern while descending back to her original position, and that happened as well. "Neat. I guess I'll just follow you. I don't really know the town, your place was the first place I went to honestly."

[Blaze]

Yama smiles and watches as Maria flies about.

"Oh? That might be... difficult. I am a new arrival myself." ^^;;

"We could just wander around and get a feel for the town." Maria suggested. "Though, I'd kind of prefer it if you lead the way." Maria said as she shot Yama a smile.

[Blaze]

Yama gives a warm smile at that and nods.

"You know, I would like that. Though why wander when we can fly?"

His wings emerge in a flash of light, fully extended.

"Who said wandering was limited to flying?" Maria replied and got ready to start flying wherever Yama would lead them. Even though they were both new, she thought Yama at least knew some of Muffinville's layout.

[Blaze]

Yama take flight with an almighty flap! As they soar over Muffinville, they pass over a certain enormous manor, built in a Japanese style.

"Hmm... let us make this our first stop." Yama calls over to Maria before moving in to land!

"Alrigh, right behind you." Maria was saying the last part slowly, studying the enormous manor in awe, and she was also moving slower, but when she realized this, she sped up to catch up to Yama.

[KonokoHasano]

Both of them would find themselves standing before a 10-foot tall brick wall. A wrought-iron gate with a leaf crest – the official emblem of the Hasano Clan – leads into a vast front yard. Appearing before the gate was Meiru.

"Oh, hello Yama, how are you doing?"

[Blaze]

Yama smiles and bows his head to Meiru.

"Miss Meiru, good to see you again. I am showing a new reincarnee around Muffinville, and thought I should stop by."

He indicates towards Maria.

"THis is Miss Maria. She will be the new guardian at my temple. Miss Maria, this is Miss Meiru. I reincarnated her earlier today."
