Maria: Learning the Ropes (Open to all)

Yama gives Meiru a warm smile and nods.

"Of course, you are not now, right? No problems with your vision? I was worried that there might be some lingering effects from that demon."

Due to the way Meiru talked about her past, she assumed she didn't mind talking about her past. She didn't want to ruin the moment by saying sorry or trying to change what she said earlier, though normally she would do that...She just didn't want it to suddenly become a pity party. "I'm guessing you enjoyed your life after that, uh, Meiru?"

Meiru nods and smiles. "I have, yes."

Yama gives Meiru a warm smile and nods.

"Of course, you are not now, right? No problems with your vision? I was worried that there might be some lingering effects from that demon."

"None at all, and I thank you again for what you did, Yama." Gives a bow.

In the distance, they could spot what appeared to be an 11-year-old girl piloting a large, robot squirrel.

Kain saw the giant robot squirrel. ~This place...is as strange as his mind gets sometimes...~ Maria thought to herself, but eyed it closely, noticing the 11 year old girl.

*If one doesn't look away after seeing the girl and the robot, they might notice a 9-year-old catboy chasing after them while yelling that the defeat of Dr. Doom is inevitable.*

"Dr....Doom? Who's that?" Maria asked. Apparently the Fantastic Four didn't reach where she came to Muffinville from.

Yama watches the robot squirrel and the catboy and just smiles with bemusement.

*The catboy is easily distracted, it seems; as soon as he glimpses Yama and the others, he breaks off his pursuit of the robot squirrel and races up to them. Right when it seems like he'll collide with them he puts on the brakes, stopping just two feet away.*

Catboy: *snaps a salute* Ohayo, neighborinos! Passing through, passing through!

Maria steps to the side until she's out of the way of the robot. "Hello. You would be?"

Catboy: *doffs his baseball hat* Elk Harrison: too far out of season.

The girl gets off of the robot squirrel and stares at Elk for a moment. "... not sure where the heck he came from." She had brown hair tied in a pair of pigtails, a pair of glasses, and slightly larger front teeth that looked like cute buck teeth of sorts. She gives a shrug and gives a lazy wave to Yama and Maria. "Hey. I'm Ritsu Hasano, super genius~"

Meiru gives a small laugh. "This is one of my great-granddaughters."

Yama smiles at both Elk and Ritsu, doffing his cap to each.

"A pleasure to meet you both. I am Yama. Your grandmother here invited me over after I restored her sight and gave her a new body."

Maria extended her arm to greet the both of them the same way she greeted Meiru. "Hi, I'm Maria."

Yama smiles at both Elk and Ritsu, doffing his cap to each.

"A pleasure to meet you both. I am Yama. Your grandmother here invited me over after I restored her sight and gave her a new body."

Elk: *nods in understanding* Ya, ma? No, ma... Yama. Cool! Good to meet ya.

Maria extended her arm to greet the both of them the same way she greeted Meiru. "Hi, I'm Maria."

Elk: *enthusiastic handshake* The hills are alive with the sound of music!

"Ah, so you're this Yama person she's mentioned." Ritsu said, crossing her arms. "You're a bit shorter than I imagined you would probably be." Gives a wave back to Maria. "Ritsu Hasano, great scientific genius, though I think I already said that." A mini Ritsu robot hopped onto Ritsu's head. "VERY GREAT!"

"Now now, Ritsu, try to have some manners." Meiru said, wagging a finger.

"Nah it's okay. I kind of find it a bit funny...His ego anyways." Maria said inbetween giggles...
