Well, all right then. ... *Circe makes nor particular move to pet Echo.*

*The cat seems a bit disappointed at first, but recovers with his usual grace.*

Echo: /~I'll get on with my stroll and let you get back to work. I'm guessing you have quite a bit to do until later.~/

Right, I'll probably be working on this for a while longer. I'll see you later, though.

*Echo inclines his head slightly, then jumps down and exits the room via the table's shadow.*

((OOC: I'll let you decide when the staffer comes knocking on the kids' doors. I don't know if I'll be able to get back to this tonight, though; between Pokemon and baseball, I'll be a bit occupied.))

*Some time later, a maid comes down to where the Harrison kids are staying and knocks on one of the doors...*

OK! *The door opens, and a fairly unusual maid steps into the room.* Hi! Miss Circe just asked me to drop by, see how you kids are doing...

*The TV (for the sake of the background) is displaying an 8-ball billiards match. Eebon is resting on her stomach as she watches, kicking her feet idly; Ezekiel is in the process of working herself free of the bedsheets. Both of them turn to regard the maid when she enters, Eebon with surprised amusement...*

Ezekiel: Robot!

*And the younger sibling with a flying glomp, scattering the sheets.*

[Circe]

Ah, ah! *The maid catches Ezekiel in mid-air! And while she appears to be made of metal, she feels surprisingly warm and soft...* So, I guess you must be Ezekiel?

[AmbushCat]

Ezekiel: I am! *snuggles against the maid's arms instead* Robot!

Eebon: *yanks one of the sheets off of her* Oh, dear gaw... Zeke, watch where you throw things!

*The maid giggles and pats Ezekiel on the head.* Yes, I am. And you're awfully energetic, aren't you?
