Costume Party at the D Room!

The Development Room, a converted warehouse, was jumping. There was monster themed music, a table of treats, and all the usual characters hanging about in their costumes.

"Why do we do this every year?" a very pretty bride asked. "And why did we have to turn into our costumes."

"Becuase it's more fun to make the guests try to figure out who we are." A pale ghost woman explained. "And because the cover charge will help pay for some of our deadbeat roommates."

As the song "Ghost of Stephen Foster" came on, the bride side and nibbled on a cookie, grumbling something about how they made money hand over fist.

"Stop arguing you two." Said an elvin wizard from the otherside of the room. "I think it's a marvelous idea, and I'm glad to see us enjoying the holiday spirit for a change."

At the front, near the door, a busty genie sat taking tickets for any newcoming party goers.

Mischa arrives at the Development Room, hearing there was apparently a party for Halloween! "Mmm... I've never really been to a Halloween party before..." he murmurs, hesitating a bit. "I don't even have a costume. Still..." Well, there was the prospect Rosetta would be there, and be able to help him out. Or perhaps one of the others, although Nathan would likely charge him for the service. Ah well...

He walks up to the busty genie! "Umm... hello! Is it possible to join the party?" he asks.

"For seven bucks." The genie replied. "And if you'll just step on into that booth blocking your way in, you'll be welcome."

There was a tap on his back, as Rosetta stood up to get his attention. "Hey, you! I was hoping to see you here!"

Mischa eeps! "Oh, Rosetta!" He smiles, and gives her a hug. "I suppose I shouldn't be surprised to meet a witch tonight... But I'd thought you were already at the party!"

Pausing, he offers the genie $14. "Can I pay for myself and my friend here?" he asks her.

The genie nodded and took the money.

"Awww." Rosetta said, planting a kiss on his cheek, "Thank you!"

"Step through the booth, please." The genie prompted.

"Shut up, Carl." She teased. The genie blushed. "Nah. I'm just showing up."

[Mendi-chan]

*Mendo raises his eyebrow at the two lovebirds in front of him... Watching, he gives a smirk.*
Ah, to be young and in love... Too bad MB had other plans.
*He whispers to himself as he hands the seven bucks to the genie*
Tickets for one please. I could use some socialization.

[Feng]

With a loud *BAMF* Bones appears outside the D Room tugging his pencil thin mustache with devilish glee~!

"Trick or treat" he cackles, twirling his cane.

The genie nodded and took the money.

"Awww." Rosetta said, planting a kiss on his cheek, "Thank you!"

"Step through the booth, please." The genie prompted.

"Shut up, Carl." She teased. The genie blushed. "Nah. I'm just showing up."

Mischa blinks, and then smirks at the genie. "Oh my... is that you, Carl? You look pretty cute! I wonder if you've got a cosy bottle and everything~"

With a wave to Carl, he steps into the booth!

Inside the booth, there is red botton labeled "Push Me"

With a loud "Wumph!" the booth fills with smoke. When it cleared, Mendo was staring down a large chest contained in a smart, albeit tight, school blazer. The machine buzzed.

"You have been given costume AE8492: Sexy Nerd" A robotic voice informed her.

Mischa's press had a similar effect. When the smoke cleared, the same voice said, "You have been given Costume BA3765: Regal Princess

For both guests, the doors opened, allowing them to freely mingle. The robotic voice wished them a Happy Halloween as they left the booths.
