Circe's Manor: Re-re-redux!

Ellen: ...Yes. *sighs and shakes her head* ... I'd been hoping to surprise Circe with this, truthfully.

[Circe]

*Dana looks interested.* Hm? You think Miss Circe would want to see this?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ...Probably. That, or she might want to know that I was able to reproduce the potion on my own.

[Circe]

Oh... Was that one of her recipes?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ...Yes. She had one used on me the last time I was here. I don't recall exactly what I'd told her at the time, but it was something along the lines of "I can't wait to grow up".

[Circe]

*Dana nods.* Ah... It's kind of typical of Miss Circe to speed that along, isn't it?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: ...Yes. Thankfully, she did ask my permission first.

[Circe]

Mm. She doesn't always ask, does she...?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: *shrug* ...She seems reasonable enough when she's not angry or irritated.

[Circe]

Yeah. Depends on what mood you catch her in... *Dana takes another look around the room.*

*The air hockey game seems to be going on sedately... well, as sedately as possible for Elk. By contrast, the ongoing foosball match is being played with looks of intensity on Eebon and Ezekiel's faces. The final sibling, Echo, has arrived sometime during the interim and is in the middle of grooming himself in a relatively quiet corner of the arcade.*

Ellen: *nods* ...I've seen her when she's angry. She's very difficult to reason with in that state. *shrug* ...It's what makes her Circe, I guess, but we like her the way she is. All of us do.

[Circe]

Yeah... Hm? *Dana pauses as she spots Echo.* ...Is that your other brother over there?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: *turns to look* ...Guess so. Probably just taking a break from his walk around the manor.

[Circe]

*Dana nods.* Would you like to go talk to him?

[AmbushCat]

Ellen: *shrug* ...I suppose. I was considering asking if you wanted to, truthfully.
