Circe's Manor: Re-re-redux!

(Ah-hah... I guess sometimes, the universe just has to tell you something...)

*Down the hall they go, passing by many doors, until eventually Grace opens one and brings LC-Callista inside. There, they find a bedroom with a single bed, some drawers, a TV, a shut closet... All in all, not a bad setup.* So, whaddaya think?

((OOC: Yeah, and they used my dad to do it. Stupid universe. ))

LC-Callista: *looks around, nodding and smiling in approval* This'll do just fine... ah, there we are. *walks into the room and picks up her remote off the bed* Very nice, Grace. This is very nice.

[Ookalf]

*Grace giggles.* Glad you like it! Now, about those clothes... *Grace goes over to the closet and peeks inside.* Hm... How do you feel about maid uniforms?

LC-Callista: *follows after her, looking inside as well* Well, I suppose if I didn't have to sleep in them...

[Ookalf]

*Grace steps back so LC-Callista can get a better look at the closet's contents... Not that there's much there. Though the closet has plenty of room inside, all Callista sees in there is a single maid dress with accompanying shoes.* Well, if you don't want that, I could go fetch something from my room instead...

LC-Callista: *reluctantly* I don't know... I don't feel right having you run all over just to get things for me. Are you sure it won't be a problem?

[Ookalf]

Oh, yeah, it's no trouble! My room's actually right near here, so it's not like I'd have to go far.

LC-Callista: Alright, if you say so. If you have an extra set of pajamas, then, I'd like to borrow them for tonight, if I may.

[Ookalf]

Sure, no problem! You want just the pajamas, then?

[AmbushCat]

LC-Callista: *blushes for a moment* Well, aside from a set of other articles. I think you know what I mean.

[Ookalf]

Other set of...? *Grace looks confused for a moment, before it hits her.* Oh, right, those! Yeah, I'll be sure to get those for you too. Be back in a sec! *Grace then leaves the room, letting Callista get settled in.*

*The first thing LC-Calli does after Grace leaves is to sit down at the foot of the bed, taking the universal remote in her hands. She presses a specific combination of buttons on it, then points it at the TV and hits the Power button. It works as advertised*

Very nice. Now, then...

*She isn't done yet. Pressing a button marked "Inter-Scan", she watches as the TV rapidly flips through channels. Some are bizarre, others are ordinary, and none show up for more than 0.4 seconds. Finally, the scan comes to a screeching halt... squarely on a Detroit Tigers game being televised from her Earth-of-call. Due to time-and-space shenanigans, it seems to have just begun.*

*smiling* Note to self: find the technician who designed this remote and give him a bonus. *sets aside the remote and settles in to watch the game*

[Ookalf]

*Ah, the wonders of technology... Then, between ten and fifteen minutes later, there is a knock at the door!* Yoo-hoo, Grace here! Can I come in?

LC-Callista: *calls out* Certainly!

[Ookalf]

OK! Just wanted to be sure you weren't naked or anything... *Grace comes into the room, carrying a pair of pink pajamas and accompanying undergarments.* So, I found these in my room - they should be about your size.
