A Brush With Destiny

[muffinstud]

Richard tugs at the neckline of his, but he can't even get his thumb under the material. "Hard? Try impossible. This thing won't budge no matter what I do." He pauses for a second and closes his eyes. His suit glows yellow for a moment, and then it's gone... leaving him naked in his seat. "Gah! Don't power down, don't power down!"

[Zoey]

"How can I take this damned thing off? I don't see.... RICHARD!" exclaims Kevin as he suddenly spots the naked man in the front seat. "What the hell, man?!" he exclaims looking away x.x

[Knight Errant]

Jason winces. "Dudes... don't freaking yell while I'm driving the car. I need to concentrate this crap." He says... heading back to his house.

[muffinstud]

"Sorry, sorry!" Richard closes his eyes and concentrates again. The yellow glow seems to come from his skin, and in a quick flash of light he's back in his suit. "I just didn't expect this thing to leave me naked if I turned it off. I mean, it makes itself into a suit, why can't it look like clothes?"

The jeep manages to rough and tumble its way back to Jason's house, with no signs of cop cars, black helicopters, or any other suspicious movement. It seems they're in the clear... for now.

[Zoey]

Kevin sighs and doesn't even give a try himself, but they reach the house fine, so thats something. "At least we're home free..." he says as he goes exit the vehicle. "I say we go inside, get rid of these things and put on some normal clothes"

[Knight Errant]

"Your asking why a magical space suit dosent do what youd expect. I think your looking at this the wrong way, dude." He says... finally after a few tense minutes he starts pulling into the driveway of his house.

Richard rubs the bridge of his nose. "Well, how should I look at this? We just killed a bunch of robots and an alien cyborg chick. I don't think any of us is prepared for this." He sighs and gets out of the car. "I'm with Kevin. I say we try to get as normal as we can for now."

[Zoey]

"Jason, got anything we can borrow for now man?" asks Kevin arms crossed and blushing a bit at the request.

[Knight Errant]

Jason turns off the engine and gets out. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Lets just get inside. I can loan you guys some clothes. Might not fit you perfectly, but I'm sure you can deal." He opens the door for the other two boys. "Once we change I'll make some mini pizzas and we can figure out what to do."

"Yeah... we'll want to get our story straight too, in case we didn't lose those guys after all." Richard gulps and follows Jason to the door. "I'd appreciate some real clothes though." He looks down and puts a hand on his stomach, now much less chubby due to the suit. "My old stuff probably wouldn't fit me all too well anyways."

[Zoey]

"That sounds like a plan" says Kevin as he walks in.

[Knight Errant]

Jason closes the door and heads for his room! The two boys would see Jason's house! His parents are away on some business trip or something. Its a bit messy coincidentally. But nothing really nasty. Just Jason hanging out. They know the layout well enough. Living room, kitchen, the gaming den in the basement... Jason heads up the stairs to his room. "Feel free to grab a snack or something." He says.

[muffinstud]

"Sure, sure." Richard heads to the living room and stands next to the couch. He idly pulls out one of his laser pistols and twirls it around his hand, intrigued by how easily he spins and juggles it. "Man, these suits are trippy."

[Zoey]

Kevin rolls his eyes. "Careful with those man..." he says to Richard as he gets curious himself and tries to jump over the kitchen counter to get to the fridge.

[Knight Errant]

Richard knows that the safeties are on... somehow. And they would only fire if he wanted them to. But still... his display of dexterity is pretty cool... Even if, almost imperceptibly... his fingers grow slightly longer and more slender.

Kevin leaps over the counter! Clearing it easily and landing lightly on his feet... huh. That was... easy! He also would be very hard pressed to note his legs growing slightly... becoming a bit longer.

Meanwhile, Jason is in his room... and tries to... will the suit away? Would his own clothes fit? He was rather round... but not anymore apparently?
