Just like before, there was no give in the suit. When he tugged at his hands and face, the rubbery skin didn't even wrinkle, no hint that it even was a suit. It acted just as if he was pulling on his own skin, except there was no real feeling in it, certainly no pain.
"We need to move to the next room. We'll be punished if we fall behind schedule", says Alice, and she grasps onto Clarke's arm, and pulls him out from the bedroom. She led him through a large living room with red carpets, cream walls and black leather furniture, one side of which was a huge glass window that looked down onto a giant casino floor.
