While the 'dragon' is busy chatting with the knight Jaylene uses a simple summoning spell to move Circe to behind herself. "Don't worry, highness; it wouldn't have hurt you." She then makes a vague pulling gesture, and then points upward, summoning a copy of Mjölnir directly above Amber. It should be noted this one comes equipped with the "unworthy-can't-lift" rules.
