[Ookalf]

*Delilah greets her outside.* Ah, you're done. I hope the change didn't freak you out too much...

[Abillioncats]

"Well to be honest I'm still a bit freaked out...but I'm guessing this sort of thing is normal around here?" She asks. "Not having any memories makes it hard to be sure what is normal, ya know?"

[Ookalf]

*Delilah nods.* It happens all the time, really... You'll probably get used to it.

[Abillioncats]

"I see...this place is pretty fascinating." She said, idly stroking her hair. "Delilah...I'd hate to keep asking for your help but...could you help me figure out a name for myself? It just feels...wrong not to have one."

[Ookalf]

A name... Well, ah, do you want a boy name or a girl name?

[Abillioncats]

"Well..." She hesitated, this was a pretty important decision after all. On one hand, she'd originally been a man, as far back as she could remember anyway, which wasn't very far. On the other she was now a woman, and it wasn't like she'd had a long life as a man, none she could remember anyway.

"I suppose since I'm a girl now...I might as well have a girl name." She finally decided. "My only memories as a man are since I woke up here...so it's not like I'm really attached to being a guy or anything..." She felt a blush on her face despite what she was saying, she wasn't sure why though.

[Ookalf]

OK... For now, how about you go by Catherine? That's a nice name, I think. And, ah, we can think up a guy name when you change back, too...

[Abillioncats]

"Catherine...I think I like it." Catherine said with a nod. "Will I change into different forms often? Is that how it works?"

[Ookalf]

Generally, yes... That's just the kind of place this city is.

[Abillioncats]

"How do you ever know who is who if everyone is constantly changing?"

[Ookalf]

Well, ah, a lot of it doesn't really last... I think most people sorta have a "default" look they go back to?

[Abillioncats]

"I see..." Catherine said, looking thoughtful. "I guess my previous form is my default...unless it isn't..." She rubs her head, "Kind of confusing."

[Ookalf]

Yeah... But like I said, you get the hang of it eventually. *Delilah nods.* Now, do you need anything else?

[Abillioncats]

"No, I think I'm..." At that moment, Catherine's stomach growled rather loudly. "Ah...uh....hmm."

[Ookalf]

*Delilah giggles.* Sounds like you're hungry! Unfortunately, I'm not sure we sell much that's good to eat... *Delilah wanders away from the costume section as she talks.* I guess there's the Eatery, but I dunno if that's even open...
