Tara crosses her arms. "Have you tried? The likelihood is pretty high since you got the 'good' side and non-magical fox people tend to have maybe two tails, tops."

In less chaotic universes Kitsune only get to nine after living at least a millennium and doing an awful lot with their time," says Tara, before turning to the genie. "So, hey, your master and I recently had a private conference, and she wants to convey her wish to be human-sized again through me."

"Really!?" Nadine says, perking up with excitement. "Well...I-I can try to grant it...but I don't know what will happen..." She sounds less than confident.

Tara puts her fists on her hips. "I think all you need to do is be more specific with your own intent, instead of blindly pointing and telling your powers to 'grant that wish' however they like. Try and end up with your master as a human-sized robot and see what that does."

"Yeah, isn't that a bit better?" says Tara to the robot-girl. And then she poofs into a position with her arm over Nadine's shoulder: "Hey, as long as you're figuring out your powers, you know most genies can use a lot of arbitrary magic without having to be ordered to. Like, you ever seen Aladdin? I wonder if you can at least will yourself a cute outfit like your master's...or if there's something you'd like to add on to your current form, you probably could." She steps off to one side slightly as if to allow her room to try it.
