*The Doctor shrugs and pulls out a bazooka looking device*"I can always split it so things cycle..*and fires at Ookalf!*

*The blast shoots out a formal red dress which soon wraps around Ookalf, it appears comical at first but quickly his form is forced to match the new garment, chest expanding out into breasts, hips widening face feminizing and hair growing out. Muscles retracting and becoming the more dainty form of a someone who doesn't need to do so much manual labor eventually leaving her abit like so
