Indeed it does. I've met quite a few powerful beings that are tied up by that alone. Wizards who could conquer nations held back from even leaving their homes because a person talking to them terrifies them.

Ah thanks, I believe. Eh, it is lacking in the more odd plants I like to sow. You think the city would like to play host to a few of the more eccentric plants I like to have around? I have plans for a lovely park in the future. Sure, some of the plants may eat small dogs but they won't be placed in the dog park section.
