A continuation, this time for hardware reasons.

As a few of you may know, my dad sent our computer in to get a new hard drive installed last week, and we've yet to get it back. I've decided to take another hiatus from the forums until things are operational again, in part because posting from a 2DS takes far too much time and is too bothersome to deal with.

I'll continue posting in Muffinville when I get back, so Ciao mein until then.

Back in action as of Monday. I'm in the middle of some all-around catch-up, but I think I'm at the point where I can focus on my role-playing again.

May as well use this opportunity to give a status update.

I... haven't felt much like role-playing recently. Kinda tired as usual, plus working on the Casual Failure series. I also purchased Metroid: Samus Returns recently and have been taking my time exploring through the game, putting my New Nintendo 3DS (or 2DS, as the case may be) through its paces. Plus there's the fact that Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon are coming out this weekend, so that's likely going to stall me further.

All things considered, I may as well take a break for a bit.

Taking another short break. I've been feeling too tired recently, and my brain fog where RP'ing is concerned is getting rather ridiculous. I want to be able to continue in the threads where my characters are involved, but for some reason I can not get my act together enough to do so.

Among other things, this means the "Home Sweet Home" thread is on hold until I get back.

Ever bite down on a calzone so hard you need a root canal? Because I'm pretty sure I'll be getting one, according to my dentist.

See, last Friday or thereabouts I decided to try a calzone sold at a KwikShop here in town. Bought it, ate it, regretted it: I've had a toothache ever since, and it's being incredibly distracting for me. Eating or drinking anything cold on that side of my mouth aggravates it, as does smiling or laughing---and you have no idea how much that last part aggravates me.

Seriously. Did they fuse that thing with Gobstoppers or something?

Anyway, I'm probably going to be absent for a little while. ...Well, more than usual, anyway. It's hard for me to get enthused about role-playing when I've got this pain sitting near my teeth.

I'm going to be rather occupied for most of this week, and out of town from Thursday afternoon through Sunday night without easy Internet access. In addition to the usual tiredness and recent burnout, I've been feeling rather distracted, so... yeah.
