The device's pings slowly get faster until they're just about one every second, which makes probably everyone nearby glad they're soft, dull dinging sounds and and not some kind of sharp beeping or clanging noise. At this point the group is in front of a castle that seems..sort of gothic, maybe a little in disrepair. Honestly, this particular one says "dark overlord" much more than it does "fairytale princess". Walking past this one makes the device slow down again, suggesting whatever it's pointing them toward is inside.

Ah, I think that creepy castle's the place! *Ookalf points out the gothic castle to the others.* ...That's kinda an odd place for an indigo girl to live, isn't it?

Dan looked over the castle and sighed. "I'd bet my entire arsenal that there is a trap for us inside that castle, best be on your guard..." Even after saying that, Dan leads the way and opens the castle doors wide open.

"It's not so weird if you think about it. I mean, if you're the kidnapper do you go for this place, or the one that looks like sugarplum sparkles? But, uh, it's actually vacant right now, so..yyyeah...go on in.."' Zerda sweatdrops slightly at seeing them already charging on inside. After all, if this really had been someone's house the front doors probably wouldn't have been unlocked.

The big doors swing open into a big, mostly dark antechamber. A single light from the ceiling shines down on the only notable thing in the whole big room: A shiny big red button on a pedestal, with a small stand-up whiteboard next to it. On the whiteboard the words "Obvious Trap" have been written in black marker with an arrow pointing to the button. Beyond that are a few open doors on the opposite end of the chamber from the entryway, and several more closed doors along the walls to the side.

*walks on in, sees the trap, and GRINS* Wal, thar's an invitashun eff'n ah evah heard one. Boom, boom, out go th' lights!

*Both revolvers tilt themselves up at the light source and fire several times, blasting out the light and sending what's left of it down onto the red button.*

The guns succeed at putting out the light above, audibly shattering quite a bit of glass and causing it to rain down on the center of the room. Some shards of glass land on the button with just enough weight to press it down, and it makes a small electronic "blee-bleep" sound. There is a "vreee...!" sound from the ceiling of something warming up, and then several lasers are fired from various parts of the ceiling, all concentrated toward a small area around where the button is! But the shattered glass now lying around on that patch of ground actually reflects around some of those lasers in diagonal-up directions, making the entire antechamber a bit more dangerous to be inside of than it was a moment ago.

Ah, that makes... Whoa, wait up! *Before Ookalf can finish his reply to Zerda, he sees the others already making their way into the building and runs after them.* Guys, shouldn't we-

Dan dodges the lasers, and growls angrily. "Screw this, I'm not playing his game...I'm burning this place to the ground..." A flamethrower materializes in his hands and he starts to light up the ceiling.

The flamethrower might have a little trouble actually reaching the ceiling, as the antechamber's ceiling is the equivalent of a good three stories up from its floor. The grenades may have better luck, depending on how much force they're fired with. After a moment the lasers seem to run out of power, flickering before going out, so maybe that wasn't even necessary.

Zerda just pokes her head slightly in the door. "Um, hey..my bosses won't like it if you literally burn the place down. Anyway, I'll be out here if you need anything."

*Considering how much kick an elephant gun has, the flame grenades have more than enough velocity going for them to reach the ceiling and detonate, covering large portions of the ceiling (and possibly a few of the laser cannons) in fire.*

Charge it t'Callista, missy. Or better yet, charge it t'Missy. She's loaded eifer way, an' so is I.

It's true the flamethrower does have trouble hitting the ceiling, so Dan stops firing. The grenades seem to be doing the trick anyway. "The lasers stopped firing..." He was still on guard however.
